Great location for restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and clean. The huge bed was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and the ladies on reception very helpful and called us on a regular basis to remind us of our trips that were booked or to let us know that transport had arrived. We were invited by the hotel to go to the horse racing free of charge with transport included. It was a kind gesture and it was a great day. Thank you for inviting us. The Wi-Fi worked well even when you were on the beach. The only small criticism was the breakfast service. They did have trainees serving. Unfortunately service was slow and not all tables had a set layout. Cutlery could be missing on one table, or cups and saucers could be missing from another. If you asked for a pot of tea, hot water would be served, but no tea bag. After the tea bag was brought, then the server would have to go and get the milk. If you are going on an early morning trip make sure you allow yourself an hour from sitting down to finishing. The breakfast items were all cooked as you like and were all hot and tasty. Just please improve on the service and time to serve customers.

The hotel is really nice with very comfortable bed ,with beautiful see view ,located on the beautiful sandy beach ,the sunbeds and breakfast are included in your accommodation just for the umbrella there is a small charge of $10 Bds per day , the staff is nice as well and very welcoming, a massive thank for all the team decorating our room for my birthday, it was an amazing and unforgettable surprise ❤️🙏 ,special thank you for Aneka receptionist, she offered us a beautiful room and for Kristal receptionist being lovely. Thank you for the lovely service every morning from Mary and Sharon. There are AMAZING ❤️ Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone 🙏

Right on the great Dover beach with free beach loungers provided but you pay US$5 for an umbrella per day. Rooms are comfortable with good bathrooms a massive king-size bed and sea views on the beach side room we had. Breakfast was included in our room rate and we got a separate breakfast meal plan menu with 5 or 6 choices including one coffee/tea and one juice each. If you choose off the main menu you will be charged per item. So be aware! There is some noise on some nights from the surrounding bars etc. it didn't bother us but maybe not for anyone who wants a quiet time. A good selection of restaurants and bars are right on the doorstep in the Gap, from cheap good local fare to top end dining to suit all budgets. In summary a good hotel in a great location, with good facilities at an excellent price, recommended for couples or families alike.

The previously reported issues of very slow and disorganised service in the restaurant continues with the management seemingly unable or unwilling to address the problem. There is some noise on some nights from the surrounding bars etc.

I loved the location and it's proximity to all in the gap.staff was the best. Knew my name and room number by the 2nd day. Friendly and very accommodating. Very convenient to beach access.

The ac was hard to regulate in the room. It was either very cold or warm as it was hard to redirect the vents when fully operational. I should have asked for an additional blanket to make it more comfortable.

Great location right on Dover beach and walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and other beaches lovely beaches. Great swimming right outside the doors on the beach and plenty to do - also easy to get a taxi or bus to other parts of the island. Room was big and loads of space for 3 of us. Pool was nice but not needed when you have amazing sea to swim in right outside! We had breakfast included which was a nice touch and good choices. Would definitely stay again.

It is noisy at night. We were on the land side and there was music and karaoke on most nights to 2 or 3am in nearby bars which you can definitely hear. Wasn't a problem for us, we generally slept through it but if you are a light sleeper you may have an issue.

An all-round excellent resort and great value for the location and standard. The hotel oceanside is directly on Dover beach and there are ample sun loungers for guests at all times of the day. The breakfast variety and quality was very good and the dinner menu also offers lots of choice to guests. The reception staff were ace and extremely helpful, we always found it to be well-manned day and evening time. The hotel's location on St Lawrence Gap is superb and you have ample bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only one criticism would be that perhaps the restaurant staff are not the happiest of Bajans I have ever met, so there were few smiles to be found there, however the service was always very reasonable and this didn't alter our opinion of the resort.

Room switched to upstairs no elevator...very tough for folks of a certain age. Bedding smelled like vomit and it was not comfy. Mold in shower of rm 222 looks pretty toxic.

Didn't like that you had to choose between bacon or sausage or hash brown or beans . A full English is a full English! Also the mirror in reception was dirty it needs cleaning .First impressions mean alot. I saw the mirror and then thought what are the rooms going to be like! Thankfully they were clean and ok but overall I would go back.

I went with my daughter and we stayed there for 9 nights. We've been lucky and been upgraded to a sea view room. The room was spacious, well cleaned every day, we took the formula with breakfast, the food was excellent. It was quite noisy with the karaoke of the hotel beside, but it didn't bother us more than that. The staff is amazing and very available. It was easy to reach different parts of the island by bus or by foot. If I ever go back, Infinity will surely be my top choice! The beach is nice we had a lot of fun.
