This is the place to stay if you want to visit Belgium and most importantly Luxembourg on a budget!!! Amazing location, very friendly staff, they gave us every extra thing we needed (change some bed sheets that we didn't like, provide separate covers and pillows for everybody, they gave us things we needed for the kitchen/food, extra keys for the room etc). There's a 24/7 reception working even on January 1 so you don't have to worry about anything. There were almost no other guests so it was all quiet and really nice. Merci beaucoup !

Very good breakfast, kind and competent staff, good location and a lot of parking space, all that for a very decent price. Everything is working fine, and the constant presence of staff at the reception is really helpful. Shops, train station and city centre are at 10-15 mins walk.

The rooms of the appartment are small and the bath tub layout is rather old-fashioned in layout. There is a small bin in the bathroom but none in the kitchen. We used the couch as the second bed, but that fills the entire room, so that you cannot use the chair or reach the curtains anymore...

Great accommodation for a family stay. It has a separate living/dining room with a basic kitchen, 2 separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Parking & lift very convenient for family with (heavy) luggage. There is an ALDI supermarkt next to the hotel. WiFi is OK. Close to highway, but no noise. Very close to Luxemburg city approx. 20-30 mins drive,

Cleaning of the toilet and bathroom could have been better. The interior and lighting is a bit outdated. There is NO coffee machine, so bring your own (N)espresso machine! You can hear some noise from other guests on the floor above. Hotel parking behind a fence is paid (4 EUR/day) but much better than public parking.

The 2 bed flat was nice but compact. Nice for a short stay. We had a flat giving onto a parking which was nice since we didn't have the noise of the main road. Breakfast was nice.

We arrived at 10.05 for breakfast having had a long journey the day before and knowing breakfast was finishing at 10.30. The breakfast lady was a bit annoyed, she said we were very late and the oven was close. There was enough to eat: fruits, bread, pain au chocolat. There was no need to give out, especially because we did not delay. When I enquired for a late check out when booking, I received an email stating that we could stay until 2pm for 15 euros, however on the day we checked in, we were told we could only stay until 1pm since the hotel was full which was not very fair, and we paid the same price. We were waiting for a competition and couldn't have diner in the flat as we had planned.

The staff were very friendly, informative and spoke English which is a bonus 😊 The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the photos and in the description. The breakfast was great. It was more of a continental breakfast with croissants, pain-au-chocolat, bread, cakes and a waffle maker. But, there were also scrambled eggs and a type of sliced sausage. You could also make your own poached and boiled eggs. Parking was spacious but it's best to check Google maps so you can see the entrance is behind the hotel. A door leads into reception.

The lounge is a little small when staying with 6 people. The apartment is more suited for an overnight stay.

The hotel was in a very nice town, some stores were close by, and the city center was 10 minutes ' walk. The room was comfy and we have a nice rest. The service was awesome, they provide solutions to all the questions.

Despite the nice room and nice location, the breakfast was quite disorganized; which made the visitors to pile up and get confused at that time. There were no place to leave finished dishes, to the tables were messy. The bread and fruit options were limited, but the quality of the products were good. (not all is bad in the breky)

The apartment was very clean, well-organised and warm. My check-in was late at night but very smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't order breakfast in advance but I was able to arrange a late breakfast at the reception desk the following day. Overall, this was a perfectly comfortable overnight stay, just as described.

The only thing would be better signs showing where to park a car. I ended up parking on the street, just round the corner, but then noticed a large car park from my room, behind the hotel.

I'm surprised about the bad reviews about the noise from the street, and about the deposit. We didn't hear any noise from the street and the 250 euro deposit was also not charged (as far as I know). The appartment is well equipped, more than I expected. Comfortable bed. We had to go through the other room, where my son slept, to get to the bathroom. But our appartment was pretty much next to the toilet behind the reception, so we could easily just use that toilet when my son slept.

I think there should be a dishwasher in the appartment? Our room/appartment was the first one from the reception. There are lots of noise from the reception area until very late at night (around 2 or 3 a.m), and lots of noise from the room above, which made it difficult for our 4 y.o to fall asleep.

we asked for early check in around 13.00 and said was OK. no extra charge. we arrived around 13.30 and room is not yet available. we ask for early check in advance coz we have a child with us3. we ended up waiting about 15 minutes outside.

Nice and clean apartment that can easily accommodate 3 people. Kitchen is small but has all the required utensils and appliances. Good selection of breakfast buffet and we could make our own fresh waffles. Much cheaper than any place you will find in Luxembourg.

A 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. But if you have a car, it is much economical than the places you will get in Luxembourg.
