The Hotel is one street away from the beach and from our room we had direct view to the sea. The room was fine in size and equipped with a Nespresso machine where the capsuletes where refilled evry day. We received a small present of belgian choclette. The shopping streets are nearby and two cocktails bars nearby. Some restaurants are on the sea side. The french border is a 5 min ride away.

Like always where is light there is dark, too. There is a tram which s crossing direct in front of the hotel and creates some noise in the evening and in the morning. There is no free parking near to the hotel and due to beach direct parking at the hotel can get very expensive.At least during our stay there was free parking in a central parking lot approx 1 km away

Hôtel location (just a few steps away from the beach and the city center), very kind staff at reception, wonderful decoration in the premises (lobby, breakfast restaurant and landing) and bedroom + magnificent breakfast with a wide choice of food and beverages. I also loved the style of the plates which was another pleasant detail. Very clean room. A bottle of water offered for the night. Every detail was thought to make the stay enjoyable.

I can't find anything I didn't like ! The tram on the street stopping just under our window (2nd floor) wasn't a problem though I feared the noise would wake me up.

Very friendly staff and lovely rooms. Very spacious & includes a mini fridge which was handy. Decor of hotel is lovely. Brilliant view of beach from our room. Great location, right in centre of town with many bars/shops around. 2 minute walk to beach

External door (used as window) needs tightening as it had dropped, making it hard to open & close. Small maintenance issue

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Fabulous comfortable queen size bed. Perfect location very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Huge choice at the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for the beach and tram. Room was a generous size and well decorated. Comfortable bed.

No air con in the room so it was quite warm. There's no carpark, but we parked in a carpark about 5 minutes away which was €7 for 24 hours so can't complain too much.

Very clean. Perfect combination of price and quality. Perfectly located. Very good breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time the room had a terrace, but it had the street view, and the trams produced a lot of noice. But we really liked the hotel, and this time we booked a room with the back-side view. And it was very quiet.

room was pretty hot, no fan or other to cool down. we had to open the window which was fairly noisy. breakfast was good but took a while to clean the tables, so the restaurant area looked a bit of a mess

the room was extremely warm, although the heating didn’t seem to be on. there was no a/c in the room so we just left the windows a bit open. we had a room at the backside of the building so not sure if it’s the case for all rooms.

Honestly, the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a hotel. Rooms were comfy and tidy. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Only minor critique is when others are in the halls you can hear them, but once in their rooms it is ok.

Beautiful interior, helpful staff, good breakfast, great comfy bed and spacious room. USB ports next to the bed are a brilliant idea! Comfy and nicely decorated bathroom.

Very loud and sensitive alarms on the doors when they are not properly shut (and they were hard to shut properly), woke us up several times at night. Door to the room not sound proof. Some fixtures not in order (tap next to wash basin loose, no soap next to wash basin). Key card to the room deactivated a bit too early (we had to go to the reception desk to get a new card in order to get our things from our room before checkout).
