This is such an interesting hotel, a converted Abbey located across the river from the citadel… the views are spectacular. There’s a huge garden bar to enjoy the free welcome drink. It’s also the home of the famous Leffe Brewery. The train is close, they offer free parking & a secure bike room has all modes of transportation covered. The bike ride from Namur is world class. The staff are very helpful, the sunny breakfast room is delightful. The toiletries offered are the very best we have encountered, Nuxe so luxurious…

The hotel is situated footsteps away from the center, yet isolated in the foothills of Dinant, offering a beautiful view of the city from their wonderfully arranged garden terrasse. We enjoyed lounging on their chairs until late at night and had some delicious wine and beer served from their drink truck. The room was comfortable and spacious with all amenities necessary. The view of the garden was peaceful and we spent a quiet night. There was a sperate room for the sauna with a small fridge and a couch which we didn't use but it looked cosy. The bathroom was big and clean. The separate toilet was also a plus. Breakfast was okay... not that much choice for vegetarians though. We arrived at 9h45 and there was no bread left and it looked like they had more but they didn't refill the plates, although it says that breakfast is available until 10:30. Coffee was real espresso which we appreciated.

The bed mattresses had some issues with the bed springs, which were popping out quite a bit. The toilet was old and could use some refreshing and ventilation. There was no shower in the bathroom, only a bathtub which didn't drain properly. Breakfast as mentioned before was quite poor for vegetarian options.

The bar area was great, the room was big and clean, bed was comfy. Parking was plentiful. Staff were great. Beer token nice touch.

No restaurant on site, we were shuttled to the casino restaurant which was extremely noisy, took forever to sign in to enter just for food. Vouchers for casino could not be used on the roulette tables. Not an experience we would repeat. Stairwell at the hotel wasn't lit very well for those who don't like lifts. Leffe museum was a bit odd, speaker phones were not working and the voices were too quiet to hear. Not the hotel's fault but just info shared.

The location was great! The staff made us feel very welcome. Free parking on premises was also a plus! Very beautiful view of the city from the hotel and the city itself was just a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with lots of things to choose from, so every type of traveler will have something to eat that they’re used to! The room we stayed in was a large beautiful space that had a gorgeous floor to ceiling window. Not to forget our room also had a sauna that was perfect! If you’re thinking of passing through, or even staying a few days in Dinant, stay here!!!! Don’t forget to grab a Leffe beer out back on the patio. :-)

We loved everything about our stay!

The hotel was gorgeous, breakfast was really good. Room was large and spacious, and the bed was nice and slightly firm, just how I like it. Free onsite parking. Complimentary welcome drink included, got to try their Leffe beer, loved it!

There was no air-conditioning, turns out there are luxury rooms (those with air-con) and normal room like ours. Booking.com did not specify such an option. It was really hot in the day, but after we drew the shades and blast the fan, it was acceptable. We opened the windows wide at night and it was cooling, slept through the night like a baby.

A huge slab of a building that looks down over the picturesque town of Dinant, with its bustling life wedged into a gorge astride the darkly attractive River Meuse. Ultra comfortable bed in our third floor room in an annexe to the main building. Thankful for a lift - and for the welcoming complimentary Leffe beer. We had a partial view of the river and town and good free parking. Decent breakfast choices set us up for a proper exploration of Dinant with its many historical connections, most notably the horrors it suffered at the start of the First World War. Tip: don’t bother driving up to the town’s mighty citadel because entry fee will still include return cable car ride there.

We missed having air-con on a steamy June night, but there were three big windows to cool the place. Bathroom was nice and roomy, but showering in a bath that dipped and creaked with every motion was unsettling - and no shower mat (also, no towels till we rang down for them, but reception guy swiftly remedied that, while also having to check in guests and handle the Leffe merchandise sales). Leffe is everywhere! As well as the small museum devoted to it, there are posters, cabinets full of T-shirts, baseball caps, beer glasses and the whole range of Leffe beers. The monks who started brewing it here all those centuries ago might or might not approve.

Dinant is a beautiful and spectacular riverside town overlooked by the hotel and Leffe museum. It is a great location and on arrival we were presented with two tokens for a free Leffe beer in the gorgeous gardens. It really is a sanctuary. Our third floor room in the purpose built accommodation at the back offered great views, was very spacious and excellently appointed. Breakfast was superb, with everything you could think of available. As a one night stay en route to France and Germany, it was pretty much perfect.

An appeal to staff, who were helpful enough but just didn't offer a smile. A smile goes a long, long way. The hotel itself has never been completed in terms of pool and restaurant, so it gives an impression of being half built. A pity. Hopefully it will be one day, because we'd like to go back.

Loved the surroundings and the terrace with the nice view and the laid-back atmosphere. The large room had large windows allowing plenty of sunlight in and a very nice balcony with lounge chairs. The room was spotless and tidy. The infrared cabin was a nice touch. The personal was friendly, welcoming and doing it's best to communicate in English.

We'd like an actual double bed instead of two single mattresses zipped together. The pillows could have been bigger and more comfy. We'd love to see better quality of dairy products at the breakfast (like fresh yogurt).

An amazing stilish hotel located on the top of the hill with a beautiful view of Dinant city center. It shares it's building with a Leffe museum. In the breakfast area you can always taste all kinds of Leffe beers. We took Deluxe Double Room with Balcony which was very spacious and had an amazing terrace with a garden view. There was sauna in the room also. Within 5min of walk you can get to the city center. The car parking is onsite and it's free. The reception is very kind and helpful all the time. Big recommendation!

There was no such a thing.

The lift wasn't working. The transport to the casino wasn't available. Our room was pleasant. The Leffe tour was interactive and there was no real beer tasting. The night staff man was absolutely wonderful, he is a treasure and I am embarrassed that I didn't write his name down. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Unfriendly receptionist when we checked in. Lift not working (I had injured my knee on a cobbled street so stairs were not fun). Transport to the casino wasn't available.
