This property was unlike any other property I have stayed at in a really long time. It is truly one of a kind. Due to COVID restrictions, I have spent the last three Christmas Holiday Seasons alone. I decided to come to Durbuy because I had been here the weekend before, and just fell in love with the city. I was shocked to see that there was a beautiful hotel WITH A SPA located right in the center. I came for two weekends straight (I’m not kidding) haha. I came for Christmas, and then brought my friend as well that was visiting me in Belgium for New Years. we both could not stop complimenting the hotel and the staff. The rooms had such beautiful views, the amenities were phenomenal, and best of all…it truly felt like a home away from home. I was really depressed coming into this Holiday season, and the staff was so kind. I was astonished by their hospitality and kindness. They truly make you feel like you are apart of their family. I had two weekends of opportunities to connect with other guests, and it definitely all felt the same! Everyone was smiling, laughing, having fun, and enjoying their holidays. I can honestly say that this hotel and the staff prevented me from being very depressed spending another holiday season alone. (I would like to highlight as well that my friend was planning on staying in Paris for New Years, and when she heard about my experience over Christmas, she immediately asked if she could come up to Belgium to join me!) We both got massages as well! Fabienne and Trina, I can’t thank you enough for all that you did for me, and for my friend. For the spa therapists, THANK YOU for working on both Christmas and New Years Day, you both are extraordinary. Also to the other staff, you are absolutely amazing. The entire team here worked every day through the holidays without missing a beat. Incredible! I can’t wait to come back to visit. I have already had so many friends and colleagues ask me for the information for this hotel haha!

room is modern, clean, spacious and with a great great view. Breakfast is continental and fine. The pool and pool facilities are clean and modern. The view is great and the location is really convenient. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food very decent. p

Some of the appliances in the wellness area were not always functioning (the waterfall in the swimming pool was not activated, the flashy sink in the toilet did not work, the infrared sauna was on and off). The price was high for the offer, but one should factor in the extra expenses for the health safety measures.

We like our specious room. Nice shower corner.

The choice of food for the breakfast could be little more, taking into consideration vegetables and fruits.

The walkin showers in the rooms were amazingly good!

Bed was advertised as super Kingsize. I'm 6ft 4 " what we got was 2 large single beds pushed together.

Super friendly staff. Fantastic location in centre of Durbuy with lovely spa. Large spacious room with brill view. Good spread for breakfast.
