Hotel room was spacious and clean, good cleaning service throughout our stay, equipped with fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer and some toiletries. Walking distance to the beach, situated in between Middelkerke and Westende - short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly staff, free parking on the premises. Small outside seating area

No hand soap in the bathroom, wifi was sketchy at times, no water heater in the room. Room on the ground floor, unfortunately the outside seating area lacks privacy.

A modern updates hotel with variety of room types and great proximity to the beach. the room is well designed to have everything included and feels spacious. the bathroom is equipped with everything and superb. the beach is across the dunes (~5min walk)

My room didn't have handsoap. The privacy of the rooms is tricky as the door, window and terrace are all on the same side (same curtain). But other than that it was a prefect stay!

The location is great, near the beachside towns but behind a protected sand dune. The cleaning+clean towels every day was really good, as normally you don't have this in holiday villages. The apartment was very new and nicely decorated.

Bigger play area for children would have been nice. The first person who met us at the reception didn't speak English and quite brusquely passed us to her colleague, but her colleague was very friendly and polite.

Nicely decorated, not all that far from the beach and/or MIddelkerke. Nice environment. Pool was clean a warm enough. We used breakfast once and it was nice. Parking spots for customers on premise and good wireless.

The main issue I would say we had was that the balcony was really unsafe for our 1 yo. Obviously, you shouldn't leave the kid unsupervised, but he's so quick. My wife was terrified each time he came close to the balcony. It didn't help that one of the chairs on the balcony was unstable adding in to the risk. The kitchen also was really small. Good to heat up something, but that's about it. Also, add instructions on how to use the kitchen hot. It was pull-out, but that wasn't clear. The young lady (a student) at the information didn't know either, but she did come over to look at it and reported the issue further (where normal staff came to see and explained it to us)

Comfortable studio to stay with our medium size dog. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel which was convenient to avoid having to buy stuff for a short stay, although the studio has a kitchenet and all utensils to prepare your own food. The location of the hotel is very convenient, behind the dunes but close enough to the beach.

It was not a problem for us, but even when the room can accommodate four people, the second bed is in the common area of the studio.

Studio was nice,comfortable bed,we had all we needed.(water,coffee,thee etc).Very close to the sea,you get there among the dunes, on a specially arranged road.Free parking.

A little noisy from the side of the road. The bathroom window leads directly to the access road to the houses. A little uncomfortable. A few sunbeds and umbrellas would be useful at the pool, there is enough space.

Outdoor pool opens season only mid-June (a few weeks earlier would be nice). Apartments have a strange smell like from cigarettes – the hotel deals with them by adding parfume to the room air, which makes the problem worse.

The location was good. The sea is not all visible from the property, but just 5-7mins walk from the place will take you to the seaside with a beautiful sunset view. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast seemed to be a bit over-priced. The door of the studio apartment does not get locked from inside - so, with a bit too adventurous kid, you have to be on your toes all the time 🙂.

it was very clean and had everything one needs. the bed was especially comfy. parking available!

our key or the door did not work properly - we are not quite sure. it’s quite a walking distance away restaurants inside of the city (especially in winter when half of the restaurants are closed)

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, epic breakfast buffet worth the money. We stayed in a studio/flat that was big enough for four people, the kitchenette is well equipped. Everything is spotlessly clean.

Breakfast: the coffee could be better: the machines have several options but all taste and look the same, and it got quite packed at peak time. Studios: the walls are quite thin and the kids room doesn’t have a window.
