Room 144 was very spacious bunk beds for the children by the door so they had privacy, then kitchen area (got key at check-infor no additional cost) followed by main bedroom. Would like to soend more time in the towm some day. We were there in October and almost all restaurants were closed. Out of the hotel and 2 minutes walk to the right there was a nice friendly restaurant serving Italian and French cousine with good kids menu and play area. Good continental breakfast spread.

Pool was very nice but perhaps the coldest pool we have experienced. Recommend a warm wetsuit. Our children didn't want to play in it for long and had a long hot shower afterwards. Fried eggs at breakfast was stone cold.

The hotel was modern and Clean. The breakfast pastries were adequate.

The pool was only really for splashing about, so fine for children but not for a proper swim. But a great location for the kids. And safe. The breakfast terrace was totally overgrown and seemed neglected. The breakfasts were very poor but that is all that is available in the village. Flies everywhere. Coffee machine broken, reconstituted scrambled eggs, synthetic orange juice. But the location makes up for the deficiencies. The hotel management could make a very simple improvement with the breakfasts and it would be just fine.

Cozy, spacious and clean room with lovely view to the beautiful little town. Comfortable beds. The swimming pool was a great extra! Breakfast was good as well.

The restaurant was fully booked, so we did not get to eat there. Nothing to do with the hotel, but there was no other places in the town either that were open or had space after 8pm and shops were closed too. So take some snacks with you or act early enough when planning for dinner. Also, the pool is 1,4m deep, so not suitable for smallest kids.

friendly check in very nice room with small kitchen, enough space for 4 people good bathroom quite clean no problem to take the dog - there where more people with dogs good location - there is a small supermarket in front of the hotel ( where we got our breakfast and dinner )

it is not clear why the showers in the swimmingpool area have to be COLD- really COLD. all rooms have also very hot water so to save energy is not a good argument and after swimming we prefer to take a shower. the water is not very warm but if you stay active it is ok. i would not recommend with small children. parking could be difficult if you do not book a parking slot at the hotel

Great location, very close to the main attraction in the region, the Caves of Han.

While not a big gripe, we booked a room with bunk beds specifically for our girls, but got to stay in one with twin beds. Restaurant Merlesse, part of the hotel, was a twofold experience. On one hand, the food was amazing, but we had extremely limited choice when we went there. We could either choose a 3 or 4 course menu, nothing á la carte. Luckily we were fine with the offered dishes, but at least some advance notice would have been nice to provide people with other options if they didn’t like the limited choices offered. The food was also not even close to the menu shown on their website.

fantastic location and great bfast. rooms spacious and comfortable. liked the tea making facilities

the front desk staff were not that helpful to give guidance on where to go eat or what to do. parking in premise was great but was no clear on the procedure. the pool was great but maybe need to make rules more clear because there were kids and adults diving into when we were there. not only is it uncomfortable for the other people and kids but also super dangerous

Our second visit in this hotel, really a nice hotel for family trips with smaller kids. Large rooms with 4 beds, swimming pool, good location for Grottes de Han, Eurospace Centre or hiking/cycling.

The receptionist pretended the garage was full when we arrived and suggested to park somewhere on the street. Later in the evening I went to the garage myself just for fun, and it was half empty. Quite weird, no idea what was the problem… Breakfast buffet had old bread and croissants from 1 or 2 days before, very „economy“ unfortunately.

Very spacious room (double bed and bunk beds) with very comfortable beds, great shower and even a kitchenette for those keen on cooking. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread and pastries, fruit, hot selection (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, etc). Friendly staff. Excellent hotel all in all. Would recommend.

No complaints about the hotel. Just be wary that the place itself (Han-sur-Lesse) is a bit of a ghost town in the off season.

Very quiet and comfortable room/beds. Breakfast with varied choices and also Gluten free bread/options! Thank you for that! Family room with kitchenet and bunk beds in a well spaced room ideal for a short stay with kids. Swimming pool not too large but great for a quick swim and short kids entertainment. Daily cleaning and sufficient towels. Staff was friendly and generally willing to help.

Restaurant with limited choices for dinner. A bit overpriced menu and rather elaborated dishes. No Gluten free and little vegan options. Also not many options in the village. Either bring own food or you'll need a car to head somewhere else for gluten free/vegan options.

Hotel and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Our room was very big and quiet and had functional airco. Breakfast had a wide variety of food, all very tasty. Hotel had an underground parking. Location was in the middle of Han-sur-Lesse, close to attractions and restaurants.

Personnel is understaffed. People working there are obviously making a great effort to keep things going with a professional attitude; they have my appreciation for their effort. Swimming pool water was a bit cold for my preference.
