The bed was comfortable. The toilet was separated from the bathroom, avoiding unpleasant odours. The breakfast was extensive and very well done! I also liked the service very much. In the hotel room, the tv option was nice and had a good range of national and international channels. The strong WiFi connection was nice to have access to everywhere within the hotel.

The room was pretty outdated in regard to appearance, which draws a big contrast between lobby and breakfast area. A slightly more modern appearance would've been appreciated. During the breakfast, some indications towards the timing of the eggs and operation of the toaster would've been appreciated. Unfortunately, the pancakes, served in an au-bain marrie, were stale, probably due to infrequent refreshments or inadequate heating.

Great breakfast, lots of options both hot and cold. Staff were really great, very helpful, friendly and we were thankful they spoke English really well and were happy to help. Loads of parking in the hotel carpark which was well signposted as got closer so it was very easy to find.

While it wasn't advertised so not a criticism it would have been nice if there was a bar / light snacks available as there wasn't much open when we were there.

Comfortable simple rooms with adequate equipment - fan,fridge,kettle etc. Satisfactory beds(though unsuitable to fit together to make a proper double),and excellent heating and ventilation. The bathroom could have been improved by an anti-slip mat for the bath.The fixed glass shower screen impeded use as a bath.Otherwise excellent,but the grey tiling has been painted white,and will flake one day. When properly stocked,breakfast was very good.

On Monday morning,after a weekend of various buffets and other functions, most of the breakfast food had run out,or was stale.There was no white bread of any type,no eggs or bacon,and fungus on the pots of fruit salad.Five minutes walk away was a shop which the waitress could easily have visited.

Owing to Covid,we had breakfast in our room.A huge tray ,with proper crockery and cutlery ,was provided.Almost the entire buffet was represented in the food,with many high quality items. The simple room was comfortable,with an excellent bathroom.

The very clean bath is slippery,and needs a rubber mat for safety.There are three (;larger ) rooms with traffic noise.

It was a bit cold in the hotel and the light installation in the room turned on in a weird way (it did not turn on by the main switch). If there were some vegetables during breakfast, that would have been wonderful.

Perfect location for cyclo event starting and finishing in Wevelgem. Free and plentiful parking, super helpful staff and room was more than I expected.

Earliest breakfast was 7am but they did very kindly provide me with an extensive take away breakfast instead.

I have booked a hotel room for my friend who is traveling to Belgium for business and he is coming here again this week. Boutique, modern hotel with private parking . Cozy room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast even at the time of covid was very varied from quality ingredients. I recommend .
