We loved the beachfront location and it was easy to walk to restaurants, stores, and tour operators. While the property had bikes available, we didn't need to use them. Also, no need to rent a car and if you do rent a car, note that there isn't parking at the property, you will still have to walk from parking. We flew Tropic Air from Belize City and it was worth it. Plus, the property offers free pick up and drop off at the Placencia airport. This is a small, family owned and operated property. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. With only 5 units available, it was quiet with a laid back feel and you never feel crowded. The beach was well maintained and beautiful. There were lounge chairs, tables, kayaks and paddle boards to use at no cost. They also provide beach towels, so no need to pack them. Our unit was on the second floor, which was named Namaste. It had a full kitchen and 2 full baths, which was more than the 2 of us needed but was nice to have. We had a large balcony with 4 chairs, 2 foot rests and 2 hammocks. We loved napping in the hammocks. The team offers breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace. While it is pretty simple, it is a nice offering to get your day started. If you have an early outing or it is raining, they will bring breakfast to your room. Overall, we felt it was a great location and experience for the price. We would definitely visit again.

The location to the water was awesome!....There is a lot of debris that washes up from the ocean but they kept their facilities clean and were exceptional in their attention to detail. The rooms are clean, well kept, well stocked. They pay such attention to the small details when someone is travelling it's quite refreshing. If you want to be on the beach they provide padded chaise with umbrellas, a hammock for you private porch, beach towels, umbrellas when it's raining. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!.

The only thing I didn't like was the guest that checked in the day before I left and felt it necessary to smoke on his porch. That is a personal thing.

Very clean, and wow, what a nice bit of beach almost to ourselves. A very solid building, no sounds from the other units. The air conditioner worked well, though the sea breeze was quite cooling most of the time. Thoughtfully equipped, just enough stuff in the kitchen to make life easy. Great restaurants nearby, you get a real 'beach vibe' from the whole area.

Lots of walking, if your mobility is limited this could be a challenge for you. Secure parking is a block or two in one direction, the inn is 2 or 3 blocks down a sidewalk. They were great about hauling our luggage, but it was a 10-15 walk to the better restaurants.

Loved being right on the beach. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Enjoyed the hammock on our porch every day. Used the kayaks a couple times too.

I do not have anything negative to say about the property

Perfect location, walkable to all things, very safe! With only 5 rooms, the personalized service was AMAZING! The staff were some of the best we have ever encountered in our travels. The rooftop breakfast every morning was incredible and on the mornings that we had to be out early for our dive trips, they delivered breakfast to our room the night before.

Beautiful, very comfortable, excellent king bed, fabulous views from our second story room, clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent beach front property with lounges, and some trees for those of us who like shade. Interior of second floor flat was beautifully done with wood floors and nice artistic touches. Excellent master bathroom.

It was a lovely place to stay for a few leisurely days in Placencia Village. Very pleasant staff, nice size clean, and modern rooms all with balconies overlooking the ocean just a few feet away. The owner came over to chat with us at breakfast and talked about the village, the weather, the sargassum, everything we needed to know to make our stay better. The location is the best in the village for tours and restaurants.

The owners greeted us at the airport with a wonderful driver. Levi brought us to the resort. Carolyn, led us into a beautiful spacious room with every thing we needed for our stay. The service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. It’s very quiet, clean and comfortable resort. We will be back. Thank you Barbara and family!!!

There was nothing that we did not like 

The staff was amazing, especially Carolyn and Levi. The staff helped us deal with an upcoming hurricane, bringing us extra water, lanterns and breakfast to last a few days. Our room was equipped with pretty much everything you need to live, probably more than my house. Cleaning staff was always there to ask if you needed your room cleaned. They even serve a wonderful breakfast on the top patio overlooking the sea. We definitely will stay here again.

Incredible location, beautiful views from every room, huge suite and balcony, very friendly host and staff, easy to communicate with host, lovely continental breakfast on the beautiful rooftop, hammocks, comfortable chaise chairs on the beach, excellent location in the centre of Placencia, air conditioning works great, quiet area, very comfortable beds, secure parking. Everything was a dream!
