The hotel was incredible. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very polite. Valet parking is available at some price and it was really helpful. Location is very strategic, close to almost everything we wanted to see.

The swimming pool area could be a little bit better, more equiped. There could be more options of food and beverages at the mini bar.

Their payment procedure is standard and hopelessly unacceptable. They charged my credit card at check in, for the full amount of my stay. They charged my credit card again at check out, for the full amount of my stay. They credited the amount they charged me at check in and told me it will take 1 month before the money is back in my account! Would you accept that?

The hotel amenities are great, the parking space it’s comfortable, the location it’s great. There are all kind of restaurants nearby at walking distance.

Everything was fine except the business center, the computer available for guests usage are just to slow, not maintained at all. I tried to print a document and it was impossible.

Only one sink in bathroom. The provided water cooker doesn’t fit under faucet, so unless you bring your own water you have to pay for the bottled fridge water which is super expensive.

Had such a great experience at this hotel. I’m sure I Loved it! The staff were exceptional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this location.

no complementary water. roof top pool area is small, soulless and dirty. no Churchill bar open Sunday basic room little out dated. more of a business hotel feel over leisure

Excellent breakfast and room 311 was in a quiet location of the hotel.

TV sound was muffled and bathroom fan was very noisy Room 311, a Supreme King room.

Everything was incredible there, since the reception until check-out. The room service is great and all the services provided by them are perfect. My favourite hotel so far.

Large hotel in the central hotel sector. Rooms very large, although starting to feel slightly dated. Very good breakfast.

Reception incredibly slow. Underground parking difficult to find and complex. Not much buzz in the hotel - all a bit quiet.
