The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. Actually most of the staff was great! At the restaurant the staff helped me to charge my phone. We. had Feijoda on Saturday and oh dear, the buffet was wonderful! They had nice music play during lunch. The breakfast was very good, tasty and has a variety, VERY GOOD! The pool is great, they even played music with a DJ (for me a little to much party and people showing off their "perfect bodies")

I did not really like the architecture but I am sure people that are more into the architecture of Brasilia will love it. I was surprised that there was mould in the bathroom on the silicon and that the strips (part that bring floor and wall together) in the room were dusty and not well cleaned. See in the pictures.

This was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. There were staff that spoke English which made checking in and out easy. The staff was great, the facility was amazing, my daughter loved the kids zone. The pool was as warm as a bathtub and was the perfect depth. Cocktails were so good We had a late flight so they helped us with a late check-out and we're very accommodating.

The room service didn't taste the best and they didn't listed to some of the requests for the food. The dessert I ordered was actually awful from room service. Wasn't a fan of the food from the pool bar either. Fries were very starchy and just wasn't great overall. I booked a lake view and thought id have a pool view but instead had a lake view with partial view of a massive fence/ property beside the hotel which was actually really disappointing. I was really looking forward to the view they show online.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The breakfast every morning had a large variety of options and last, but not least, the POOL! The pool is a great place to hang out and relax. There is ample seating, but having more lounge chairs would make it even better. The service from everyone at the hotel was top-tier! I'll be back again for another staycation!

It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs on the balcony.

exceptional service. I would like to say thank you very much for all the ladies at the SPA for treating me and my partner with so much love and care, they brought me a cup cake and birthday candle , the spa was amazing. Also, room service was excellent and attentive. we didn’t use much the pool area.. buffet breakfast and dinner was great. the room and bathroom very spacious , the bed is amazing and we enjoyed the patio outside.

The room was excellent, right next to the Brazilian equivalent of the White House - we walked there in ten minutes to see it. Our room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was ok and the English Pub was great - when it was open. The sheets and the covers on the beds were wonderful. The pool was very clean and well attended by the staff, getting a poolside drink wasn't a problem during the day, in the evening it was somewhat more difficult.

Honestly, the hours when the pub, the restaurant and the pool bar were open weren't great, they were actually quite restrictive. For example, the English Pub was only open between 8pm and 11pm, and the pool closed at 7pm. The restaurant was only open for one hour for breakfast based on your room and it wasn't always open for lunch. There were days that the pub wasn't open at all, so eating without room service wasn't so easy at certain times. Still, I say that this hotel, the Royal Tulip is one of the best hotels in Brazil and it is well worth a visit.

Impressive lobby with a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. The breakfast buffet has great variety and was of good quality. We had drinks and sandwiches in the bar restaurant, also good. Fitness center was quite reasonable. Staff were very friendly

Bathroom needs updating and better to remove the carpet in the bedrooms. Update/modernize The Old Barr

The breakfast is great. The view is amazing. The shower is very good. And the bed is super comfortable.

The check in took a long time. The toilet was kind of blocked. And besides paying for an expensive night and taxes you have to pay for the parking lot. It doesn't make sense, they could/ should pay for it themselves.

I liked that it was near the lake. The view of the hotel is really nice, I must confess.

I didn't like that you have to check out at exactly 12 noon. I think that the hotel should leave a time of grace of an hour, instead of threatening to charge you half of the daily price if you leave the room at 12:01. Really, that's not cool at all. Besides this detail, very good place. Good job to all of the staff.

Excellent location overlooking the lake. Superb selection of items for the buffet breakfast. Room service was also very good with courteous e attentive staff. For me the best hotel in Brasilia! Almost forgot - poolside drinks and snacks service brilliant.

Car valets need tidy themselves up - shirts out of trousers.

i loved the room and terrace and the pool area. also breakfast on weekdays is lovely

the breakfast in weekends can be quite noisy. personnel will be more stressed and will (litterally) run you over in the breakfast restaurant. also the level of english of the personnel should be better.
