We enjoyed the hotel location being by the lake with lovely views and walking distance to Kawana Park. The number of pools available is great but I would not want to be at this property on a busy weekend or holiday. The apartments are well maintained. We appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the Water Park and Clube Prive, it would be good to have more than one time option for the transfers.

The kitchens could be better equipped, there is no toaster or tea/coffee making facilities. There is a microwave and stove top but no equipment to cook with. The beds have no blankets and there is only 1 air-conditoner control for both bedrooms and the lounge which is very inconvenient. There are no bath mats for the bathroom floor which makes them very slippery. There is no furniture on the verandah.

The property is well set out with ample parking for each block. The facilities were great but I would not want to be here on a holiday weekend and the property being full.

The breakfast needs to be better monitored, none of the heating elements were on so most of the cooked food was cold.

Very pleasant place, with some swimming pools with hot water and areas for fun with the family…

During one of the days we experienced a large amount of smoke with the smell of burning wood, which we later discovered was used to heat the water in the pools…

The hotel is Very Comfortable, clean and there is a beautiful sunset. There are some pools with hot water and others with natural cold. Has different attractions every day on the pools, and an excellent breakfast.

Expensive value of beers, and drinks. Need behave more waiters. The dinner neex be more delicious.

The rooms are apartment style and well planned and designed for families.

The pools are dirty and need a good clean.

The hotel is very nice, brand new with excellent infrastructure. 2-Bedroom suite was very comfortable and clean. The location and views of the lake were very nice, but the access road is in pretty bad shape. Staff was very accommodating. I had read some bad reviews regarding the food, but even when choices were a bit limited, it was all tasty and had something for everyone, including children..

We chose this location specifically because we didn´t want to go into the city and because the Nautico Club is newer and way less crowded that the other parks, specially during Covid distancing. When we checked-in, we were told that Nautico was closed and that we had to go to Water Park in the center of town. This could have been specified during the reservation process in order to decide if we preferred another property. Water Park is in rough shape, not well maintained and it was PACKED! I mean, no place to sit. This was worrying in times of COVID. No social distancing, no 50% occupancy control, no masks anywhere, basic food. Not a fun experience. We went back to the hotel since we figured it would be less crowded. It was, but we were dissapointed to see people with ice boxes filled with drinks by the pool with no staff control whatsoever, even when this is clearly forbidden in the hotel rules.
