Breakfast is top - good variety and quality. Location is excellent. Parking is plenty of room for many guests and to senior drivers.
The hotel has two types of rooms: noisy and quiet. The noisy rooms are located close to more than 150 air conditioning devices, all perched in the external wall. This brings to guest a strange and undesirable symphony at night. The quiet rooms are excellent, well located, with a great view of Chapeco. Single beds are small, but double beds are in the right size.

Restaurant for dinner very small. Few choices of food. Even so, the selection of dishes were tasty at reasonable prices.

All good, clean room, super friendly staff, location is good, 5 min easy walk to the mall, good restaurant just in front, the room was quiet. Good internet connection, breakfast is good as well. Real fruit juice for breakfast.
So, some small things that would make it perfect... The light switch of my restroom wasn't working well which is weird for a brand new hotel, there is a table to work on, but there were no power outlets for plugging the computer near the table. There was a mouldy area starting on the corner of my room as well, one or two bottles of water would be nice to have in the room for when the guests arrive. The online check in didn't work (I filled it all for nothing), and there was only one receptionist for check in and all reception duties, so it was quite of a slow process. Since the hotel doesn't have bar/restaurant it would be nice to have some non-pizza delivery partners for ppl coming from abroad with no phone numbers and stuff.
