We had a corner room so dual aspect. The room was large and very bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. We had an early arrival into Curitiba and were at the hotel at 10. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and we were allocated our room at that stage was a nice gesture.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast and location were great overall. It was easy to get around with Uber from there.

A staff member walked up to me as I was getting in the elevator and demanded to know my room number, despite the fact that I was literally holding my room key in my hand (and it took me a second to figure out what he was asking, as I don't speak Portuguese).

The staffs were very professional and polite all the time. The hotel location is very central.

At the first day we found a bottle of water opened inside our minibar (that's mean that the minibar was not checked and clean properly). Inside the bathroom shower (room 1311) the tiles was not properly fixed and all the time that we took shower the tiles were falling down. Also our first experience during the breakfast restaurant was not very nice. Due a lot check out at that day, the personal from the restaurant were not able to replace the buffet food and most of the items were missing.

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and comfy

The room could do with some maintenance. the bathtub faucet was loose and parts of the ceiling could do with some paint.

Nice room and lovely swimming pool area (warm pool and towels provided). All 3 lifts were working (pretty rare in my experience). Good location and very good breakfast. I must give a shout out to Rodi from the restaurant that made our breakfast more enjoyable, as he went above and beyond for us.

Improvements: Receptionist should be able to price match rates from other sites like Booking.com as per the hotel price promise. Swimming pool area should have better signs and warnings for no diving and hot water outlets in the pool. Maybe even protect the hot water outlets.

The shower is very good, and all the facilities are good too, the problem is about the water lift inside.

The parking lot is at a different place and you have to go outside the hotel area do pick up your car. The window locker its damaged too

Location, staff and room were great. Walk distance to Rua XV, Hard Rock Cafe, Largo da Ordem and malls.

The bathrooms were a little outdated. I was expecting a little better facilities because of the price paid and because it's a 4 star Hotel. It was a clean bathroom.

Staff - Homer e Mara- were fantastic. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and silent.

Hair dryer should be replaced, they are very bad. TVs should be upgraded to better versions

Clean room, especially the floor!! Tables and tables, adequate daily cleaning, friendly staff, small but heated swimming pool.

A bit expensive parking fee, inconvenient parking system, and not enough food for breakfast

The location, the room and the stuff were amazing.

The water from the shower was cold because many guests were using it at the same time.
