We booked a cheaper room with no ocean view, however we got an ocean view room for the same price. It was a very pleasant surprise for us. Very good location, on the main promenade and the ocean

The rooms need renovation. The furniture is very old. On the day of check-out, we rushed to the plane. The front desk lady told us to wait because someone from the hotel had to check how much bottled water we had drunk. Nobody checked it, and the reception lady came up with some kind of cosmic amount, which she made us pay. She didn't ask us how many bottles of water we had drunk.

It was excellent, a lot options of good foods with a delicious breakfast. The location so easy and next to reception and the rooms. The people who work are very friendly and courteous, they make everything to reach our needs what we wish to eat.

No Parking lot for the guest. This was difficult who travel by car. The elevators are too small only for five people, even it says that can have seven people. The stairs exits are to narrow and the corridors to small, if there an fire emergency or other one could be very difficult for the people to escape.

All the staff was very friendly and very keen to solve any issue I was facing. The breakfast was top notch.

The TV channels have poor quality: I think it's not even an HD resolution. The air conditioner doesn't reach the temperature it is set for. The lighting could be improved, too.

I loved the course proximity to the beach, Or the front door, Cross the road and you're on a very clean beach, with a good walk to the surfs edge. Although the team did not get my message about being gluten free and vegan, who also doesn't eat sugar, they did incredibly well accommodating me, and went to great efforts to make sure I was well looked after. A great value stay when in Fortaleza!

Coming out of the lift I was surprised at the lack at space in the narrow corridor. The pool was also undergoing maintenance, so unfortunately I was not able to use it, but other than these two details, I couldn't fault the hotel at all.

The breakfast is wonderful with a lot options of food, fruits, juices, breads, tapiocas, eggs, cakes, , ......we liked everything. Amazing location in front the beach, A lot options of restaurants. Safety

To have a parking a lot for the guests. More orientations on the check in. Elevators very small only five people can stay inside, not seven. hallway very narrow and very narrow emergency stairway exits

The hotel is in a good area on beach front. The price is a great value. The hotel is clean and decently maintained. The included breakfast is amazing.

The elevators are out of synch and don’t entirely cooperate with the button commands.

Low resolution TV, air conditioner didn't work as expected, poor lighting, the outlets are positioned behind the mattress, making it difficult to plug in any cable.

Perfect sea view, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast

The swimming pool, has only couple of hours of sun everyday. 6 reais for a bottle of 250ml of water is bit expensive.

Friendly staff. The location. Lovely views of the beach and sea from the room.

The extra bed which we did not request took up too much room and left no space for bedside cabinets.

The Carmel Magna Praia Hotel has exceeded all of my expectations. The sea view from my room is amazing. Breakfast is superb and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
