The hotel is not in the center, although opposite the shopping center. There is about 1,5 km to get to bus station and bus 120 that goes to the airport and the waterfalls. The breakfast was good and the room was modern, with access to Netflix.

At check-in they tried to charge us more than they should. The person sitting in the lobby (selling excursions) and one woman from the reception gave us false directions about bus stop to Puerto Iguazu (it doesn't stop near the hotel, you have to go to the bus station, there is special bus stop for Argentina direction, outside the fence area).

the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us to organise pure trip to the falls. They were all very kind too, both at the reception and dining rooms (special mention to Mr Signelson). The rooms were nice and clean, with a tv that had also access to Netflix. We had a dog and all the staff members were nice to him, also offered a dog kit to be brought to the room.

There was nothing we did not like. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the gym has very few equipment and it was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. However, it is totally fine for a short stay. Secondly, I think that paying 260 reais (almost 50 euros) a night for the dog is a bit overpriced.

Very spacious bed even though it's a single room. Bed is firm and nice. Hotel location is close to mall and supermarket. Fairly new and clean . Breakfast selection is rather wide and good. Hotel food is super delicious - wasn't feeling well and had the chicken soup room service which turned up to be like porridge back home. Felt better immediately after eating it. Had dinner of risotto in the beautiful restaurant as well. Service staff were great.

Pool was very small and crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Water was not very clean. Pillows were too high, and did not have good sleep. 2 nights of neck and shoulder ache.

Beautiful property. Just right for a short stay. Directly across the street from New shopping mall which has some great restaurants. . Room was big, beds soft, staff great, big breakfast with plenty of seating inside and out near the pool.

Upon arrival the staff informed us that they were totally booked. I quickly checked with booking.com and booked a room for one night. We liked the property so much we wanted to extend our stay for two more nights. Again, they informed us they were booked full. Again, got on booking.com and booked two more nights. Not sure why they wouldn't just say. "We are full but via booking.com you can make reservation "

This place is great!!! We traveled all around Brazil and this is the nicest hotel we stayed at. The entire hotel feels clean and up to date. The staff was helpful. One staff member in particular gave me great recommendations for local bars that were lively. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was great and had many options! It is also located to an awesome mall with a zillion options to shop at. The mall has a food court, movie theater, and currency exchange place. An added bonus is that they have a travel agency in the lobby that you can book tours with. I personally was disappointed with some false information that the young curly haired travel agent gave me, but that is only a word of warning that you may not want to book with that travel agenct and nothing to do with the hotel itself. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay!!!!

Other than the mall across the street there isn't anything else around. The positive though is that the downtown area is a short cheap ride away. We took Uber and I believe it cost us less than $4USD.

The location, the breakfast, free coffe and water at the lobby...

- there were only 2 elevators for about 10 floors ...had to wait over 5 minutes at breakfast peak time...and couldn't find the stairs to go on foot... - The staff are quite under-qualified...hardly speak English...as i swiched to Spanish, to my surprise their Spanish skills were also very poor...and we are talking about an hotel at foz de Iguazú! They made a mistake by charging me a higher amount than my booking confirmation says...as i claimed for itu has to wait and return in the afternoon to speak with a manager...a the ens I had lost more than 1 hour trying to claim the overcharged money...the staff were just unable to solve the problem at the reception desk....always have to consult and find. Amanager who was not around and....and...exhausting and totally unprofessional...

Room was very pleasant and clean, the pool area was lovely and a great quiet space to relax. Very good buffet breakfast. Some of the reception staff spoke English (although none of the others around the hotel did). Would definitely stay again.

The food and drinks were very hit and miss, some being nice while others were really unpleasant. And quite expensive considering. Would strongly recommend eating and drinking elsewhere as it is surrounded by restaurants and next to the mall.

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff who spoke very good English. Nice pool. Very good room, excellent beds. Interior design and construction materials of very good quality.

When I arrived at 9 am after a more than 24 hour trip, they wanted to charge me half a days rate to check into the room, which was already vacant and only waiting for me to check in. I understand that it was hotel policy, but I have never experienced this rigidness in South America before. And I travel a lot. I accept that it is policy, but it also means that it was the first but sadly also the last time I will stay at the hotel. To me it seemed like pure greed and taking advantage of a tired traveller. They could have shown discretion and flexibility, but chose greed, so they won half a days rate this time but will lose out on my future stays in Foz.

Rooms are clean and good size, staff friendly and very helpful, basic facilities available. Especially when compared to other options locally, a really solid hotel at a good price point

location is ok (opposite decent shopping centre) but is a little way from the main strip in Foz. No issue if all you plan to do is Falls related but requires taxis (which are cheap) to restaurants really. a few small touches could have made this even better: for example robes in the rooms, a selection of weights in the gym (intriguingly they have a weights bench but little to no weights)

Some helpful and friendly staff, especially in the morning and the reception manager. Attractive building and furnishings. Located across from a mall.

One elevator was not working correctly, and the staff gave out the information only after being pressed. We needed a doctor and were sent to the mall where there wasn't one. The hotel is situated on a main road over a main intersection and is not noise insulated. Terrific traffic sounds and sirens all night. The hotel has the look of 4 stars and quality of 3 both in materials and comfort.
