The hotel was perfect for a solo travel. Not to big not to small. Bed, badroom and toilet are clean. Good staff, acceptable breakfast, easy check in and out.

2nd night a new checked in guest gets my room number. So luckily I was in the room, I can told them it should be a wrong room number. The hallway of the 4th floor where my room was, had a unpleasant smell. But the room smell was ok.

The water bottle is so expensive , because they put in box … they are saying that is to support the environment . If you believe in this , I don’t know . To me , is only a way to make more money with a good chat . why not put a second option with regular water bottle for the people choose what they want ?? it looks like how doesn’t existed recycling companies that work with those materials. Anyway the Hotel to me is the best cost benefit in Manaus to work trip . Excellent location . they have a agreement with one of the best Gym in the city to those which have free time among their appointments.

Really pleased about the price for value! The price is medium-low for Manaus but the comfort was better than I expected for the price.

The only small detail I did not like was when our room keycard got resetted automatically, the reception staff saw us come in, did not say anything and only after taking the elevator up all the way to the 12th floor we realized our keycard didnt work, making us go down again just because the keycard got resetted for some unknown reason. We wouldve liked at least a heads up. But its really minor.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is good.

There is no instruction to use Wi-Fi and there is n telephone in the room. So I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask how to use. She kindly set up my cellphone for the use of Wi-Fi, but I had to go again for my computer. Minibar was not in my room, so I had to request the change of my room, which was accepted.

The location is excellent, and there is good sound isolation from outside noise.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. There were no food ingredient labels provided, the toaster was dirty, and the selection mainly consisted of white breads. Additionally, some staff members were playing religious songs aloud from their cell phones.

Great location to grab a hot shower and a few hours sleep before heading to airport to grab a middle of night flight. Amazonas shopping centre close to kill some time and have a good meal. Allowed super-early check-in which was so appreciated!

The breakfast was great. I liked also the dinner ( except one bight they sever beef which wasn’t good but the rest was good). It is clean and very close to a large shopping center (amazonians). The atuff were nice.

It’s a budget hotel ao there ia not much in the room. No fridge, no hair drier… But was good enough with reapect to the price.

Great price, and the quality of the hotel and room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke English. There are plenty of amenities.

The room's bathroom did not feel very private. Also, the top bunk in our bunk bed did not come with a blanket.

Breakfast was good. Location to airport was a little further than expected. It was carnaval night & that was fun. Chees Cal & Vicki Please apologise to Clarisse & Isadora at the front desk as we had NOT paid via credit card(as I thought).Please put the cost on the credit card.

The place is very safe and there are several shopping areas close by. It is only 10 min away from downtown. I recommend the tour that a trave agency offer in the hotel.

It is small room and the ventilation is very bad. Someone was smoking in another room and we got all that smoke in our room.
