I loved the food offering in the entire building. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing with different types of food and beverages. The pools are really nice and the bar in the main pool is really convenient if you want to have a drink while having a swim.

The fact that the pool bar lacks at least one more person to serve the drinks for the customers. There were times where only two people weren't enough to provide attention quicker considering how crowded the place was. Also, during the check-in, the receptionist offered us a complimentary champagne bottle because we were spending our honeymoon there and this bottle we never received it.

Everything was great!

The attention at all the restaurants was not good, they always leave my little daughter without some ring to drink or they never offered a special chair for her. We had to stand up and look for everything on our own.

The food was amazing, and the entire staff was always professional and friendly.

Check in process took a bit longer than what I expected, and their mobile app wasn't always updated with the latest location for some activities, causing some confusion.

The rooms are very spacious and the pools are incredible (even though the water is a bit cold). The entertainment staff was probably the highlight.

Beware if you are with elderly and kids that there will be lots of walking and stairs. The restaurants were ok but didn’t have as many traditional local foods and fruits as I expected, which is a pity. The desserts were mostly terrible. The bar is good but always crowded. The beach also takes quite a bit of walking. Most of the guests are latin americans and not local Brazilians, so the staff is constantly switching between Spanish and Portuguese during the activities. They also give special privileges to people that used Booking.com which was a bit strange for the others who didn’t. Given the price tag, I expected much more to be honest.
