Great hotel for staying in Bonito for a couple of days. Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, peaceful areas for relaxing next to the pools and trees. It's not in the center, but it's close enough for moving around the restaurants and shops within few minutes by car.

Payment was not flexible, they accept only full payment (at once), what was not clear on the Booking.com description. Parking is charged for no reason, since there is no parking service and no higher security than parking in front of the hotel. TV with only four channels.

very beautiful. we love the pool area and the pool and soccer tables . heated pool is a plus. the hotel is ery unique and beautiful. breakfast is awesome.

it's a bit far from downtown where everything is located. restaurants and bars. but for us it wasn't any problem. the lady at the tour information is not pleasant. doesn't speak any English and took her forever to pay attention to us.

Bad breakfast service. One day they did not refill the buffet after 9am. The stuff in the breakfast is really lazy and bored.

The reception staff were very kind and welcoming ☺️ (Thank you Nicole for being so friendly and helpful!) The room was clean and comfortable.

The lock on our balcony door was broken and we were told it would be fixed on the first day we arrived. Nothing was done to fix it for the duration of our stay. There were little to no vegan options provided at the restaurant and we therefore were unable to eat there. This was a little disappointing especially as we had already let the hotel know ahead of time that we had special dietary requirements.

The staff were so rude, especially the travel agency girl , the receptionist had no manners and we had to ask for the manager. The breakfast was awful, we stayed for 4 days and one of the days the bread was so old that could break your teeth. The place has seen better days.

The shower, lots of water and hot.

It took us an half hour per room (3) to check-in. The air conditioning of one of the rooms did not work... they said they would send someone to check 4 hours later nothing! We had to change rooms 7 hours later, at 9 p.m. after we complain again and again and again. I cannot believe they did not know that air conditioning was not working well! The shower cabinets are black with fungus. This is not healthy! The breakfast was really poor, I had much better ones also under covid. This hotel was 10-15 years ago a good hotel, but nowadays it is not worthy what they charge for! Never more!

The breakfast was amazing. Very nice buffet. The chef was present and very friendly. He even asked about food allergies etc and made a special dish for us. However, we were upset that a family member who was not staying at this hotel was not allowed to have breakfast with us. Obviously we would be happy to have paid extra for him (as with any hotel), but they simply didn't allow. Note that the breakfast area was totally empty. The swimming pool area is nice. The location of the hotel is great.

The front desk staff was not well trained and a bit unprofessional, which I guess is normal is a small remote place like Bonito. We didn't have any major problems with them. They did charge us the wrong amount at checkout, but when I noticed and complained, they were happy to reimburse and charge the correct amount. They didn't know how to reimburse to a credit card and had to call their "finance team" to learn how to do that. In the end it was fine. Independent of this, we noticed they lacked training in general. Another example: when we were at the swimming pool, the lady at the bar said that wasn't her standard position and, thus, she wasn't sure what food/cocktails they could make. About 30min later, another lady approached us with more information. It was all very amateurish. When we got to our room in the third floor, it smelled really bad of sewage. We asked to change rooms but that was not possible because the hotel was full. We left the balcony open. The next day the smell was less intense. The third day it was gone. Still, it gave us a terrible impression. The bed/pillows were subpar (think of a standard motel).
