This hotel was selected since we had a days layover between flights from the US/Sao Paulo and the beginning of a photo safari in the southern Pantanal and its "prime" location near the beautiful Parque das Nacoes Indigenas. In the park we visited the Museum of Cultures Dom Bosco and the Biosphere Pantanal and walked back to the hotel (about 3/4 mile). It is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant, friendly staff and great rooms. Taxi fare from the airport was about $16 for the taxi.

We arrived at the end of a cold snap and the cold air poured in from the lobby into the restaurant making the plates and utensils quite cold.

The hotel doesn't look of much when approaching by car, but it is very high standard once you get inside and staff is very helpful. The hotel is way above the standard of usual Brazilian business hotels. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a Brazilian hotel. I especially enjoyed the pool with a caipirinha while macaws fly in circles in the sky.

Hard to tell, because the hotel really outperformed my expectations. The pool is rather small, but even so, it is very nice and cozy.

Great choice for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good breakfast (local specialities included). Although the hotel is not in the city centre it is very well located close to the famous park with capybaras.

The bathtub and swimming pool looked bigger in the pictures. I would expect free water, which is standard at public places in Brazil.

Laundry service - no pricing transparency (and it was very expensive), plus they caused damage and didn't advise us - we had to argue for them to replace the damaged item once we discovered the damage.

The breakfast was amazing! We stayed here prior to a trip to Bonito and loved it. While in Bonito, I missed the breakfast and decided to cancel another hotel reservation and go back to Deville on the return trip. Also, the staff was AWESOME, friendly and always willing to assist. Considering I do not speak Portuguese well, it was greatly appreciated. Lastly, the Hotel is within walking distance to the park, the Mall and several restaurants.

The only issue I had the entire stay was with the coffee machine in the room. The water tank was dirty and needed to be sanitized due to some unusual build-up. It was easy to clean with soap from the bathroom. Sadly, I never ended up using the Nespresso because I couldn't find 3 Corações coffee for it.

I thought the location was excellent and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown CG. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a wide variety of food, fruit and desert available on a daily basis.

The room was a tad bit on the small size for a family of 3.

I really liked the heated pool. Staff were incredible and we had a fantastic room service. I would absolutely love to go back in the future.

There is really noting I did not like about the hotel.

We were in a room next to the road so it was noisy. You need to pick a room overlooking the park.
