Great Service from the staff. The pool/leisure area was great and a nice bonus. Perfect breakfast, lots of options. Beautiful restaurant with some great beers. We liked the rustic style of the hotel area and bedroom.

The noise in the room was quite loud as the hotel is close to a busy bus station. However we still had a good nights sleep.

Staff was really friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is really good and plenty.

The pool area and the location.

The pool was dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. I missed a bedside lamp. The elevator was broken but the staff kindly brought my bag upstairs. It was extremely loud from both the street and from the hallway.

Excellent price quality ratio. The pool is rather small, but big enough, and nicely complemented by two jacuzzis in the relaxing pool area. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is an old building but it’s very well taken care. I liked every piece of decoration; the furniture and the rugs of the halls are very nice. The hot pool and hot jacuzzis are great, too. Breakfast is ok as well.

I had read and had been told the hotel had a parking lot; but when I got there the desk clerk who was NOT friendly as most other guests say staff is friendly, told me I had to pay R$75,00 for the 3 days of my stay in order to use the parking lot in front of the hotel, in the other side of the square. To sum up, the hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot, and the parking spaces we’re allowed to use are outdoors not indoors.

The style was extremely beautiful.

The elevator was not working. We had to go upstairs carrying our heavy luggage.

Antique hotel. Beautiful commun areas and delicious abondant breakfast. Good value for money. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Central but very noisy neighboorhood (next to central bus station). The room and bathroom are spacious but definitely need make-up.

There is no parking spots, so if you’re planning on going in a car trip be aware that you’re gonna need to pay extra for private parking. The building is very well located, right in the center of the city, but that particularly place is kind of chaotic and not “visually appealing”.
