Breakfast was good. I eat a reduced carb diet, so the eggs were an important part of it for me. But the pastries are tasty. Loved the massages and the pool. We enjoyed staying in Room 504, but were disappointed that we could not get a roll-away bed for my grandson. The large bed was too small for 3 people. Really only a 4-person room.

Appreciated the valet parking but had to wait more than 20 minutes once for the car.

Breakfast had a variety of selection menu. The dinner selection was great and affordable. The old atmosphere of the hotel is priceless. The Toscana Garden is charming. We specifically enjoyed the sulfur pool and the wellness massage relaxation. We made a lot of friends in the pool. This was a wonderful trip for my 89 years old mom and me to celebrate her 90s next year.

The Palace Hotel is a historic building. We want to enjoy its beauty but respect its limitation. They are remodeling room by room. Since this is an almost 100-year-old building, this process has been slow. The main red corridor carpet going to the room could have been replaced a long time ago.

It is a very charming hotel, with a beautiful square and gardens. I would recommend it for a short stay !

Its really noisy at night… we stayed at a room in front of the square and during the day its beautiful but we didnt have a good rest at night due to the noise and also becauae it doesnt have black outs it could be very bright at night. It doesnt have AC so during summer I guess it could be very hot!

Location is unbeatable. Lots of options for breakfast (but same everyday). Pool and kids play room/recreation team are lovely, had a small child who did not get bored after three days.

Room was dated and basic. Some renovated rooms are available but our suite was not one of them. I was told I must pay using the card I reserved with on booking.com with and my "international credit card" was hit with a 12% surcharge!!

It's a nice place with a perfect location.

The internet is terrible and unstable. It's better to have a plan B if you depend on it to work. The connection dropped several times and at the end of our stay it didn't have a connection at all.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were lovely. The pool is relaxing

Paying extra for the garden view probably wasn't worth it, we were put to the side.

All the meals at the hotel are great The room is huge and comfortable Staff is great Location is perfect, easy to walk to the city. Many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Valet parking is inefficient; it took me a lot of time to retrieve the car; parking alone in the street is very limited.

Breakfast was good, but so much carbs , loads of bread and sweet pastries . Good assortment of fruits.

The rooms are pretty basic. No brochures about the city or about the hotel amenities. No air conditioning, just fan . It’s an old hotel that is going through some renovations, but 0n a budget, I guess. Staff are very friendly.

Spacious room with a classic touch. The spa facilities are superb and the Roman style takes you to a dreamy atmosphere. Breakfast filled with tasty local items.

There aren't heaters in the hotel. Considering the average low temperatures along the year in the city, it should be worth investing in a central heating system, at least for the high ceilling rooms. White lights in the rooms were also a minus for me, who prefer the coziness of warm yellow lights.

Amazing location, really good value for money, the hotel itself has a very palacy vibe

we were 4 in the room and they only gave us one key. we always had to drop the key at the reception which didn’t make so much sense in this day and age. One time we left the key in the room, went to the reception to see if they could get us an extra but instead we had to go back with someone from the hotel to pick up the forgotten key.
