I liked the room. It was perfect.

The support was perfect. The team was professional!

The best orange cake... i’ll miss the breakfast. Good beds and a spacious bathroom

The hotel was farily good. Good breakfast and organissation (scheduled). Good location and access.

Judging by the photos, I expected a higher quality. I had problems with the cable TV (didn't work), and with the air-cnditioning. The room was simpler than expected.

The room was not like The photos. Was a little bit creepy. No free Parking available. Poor breakfast

Only one of the hotel staff was actually friendly and helpful in our situation, and it was the young guy in the reception, who is also the only one with good english in the whole hotel.

Me and my friend had quite the experience in this hotel. We arrived there after a long day of traveling from Europe to Porto Alegre and we checked in the hotel at 1 am in the morning. By the time we went to sleep it was already 2:00 am and we were quite tired. However, the AC in the room was making huge noises and we couldn't fall asleep even though we were tired. So at the reception they send us to another room. We had to change rooms after such a long day and we were not happy for that. The next day we were taking a nap in the room in the late afternoon and were woken up by someone entering the room while we were half naked sleeping in there. Imagine the surprise when we saw three men with a key trying to move in our room. They tried entering twice despite seeing two half naked girls in the room and even tried to take us out for drinks in the evening. We went straight to the reception where there were two guys. The older one who also couldn't speak english was talking with the men and they were loughing about the situation. And a younger guy was talking with us and almost crying while we were angry about the situation. On top of everything we couldn't even talk with our families during the whole stay in this hotel as there is no internet in the hotel. So the solution for the staff was to send us to another room in the hotel. Needless to say we did not agree. So they send us to another hotel of the same chain where we finally had a normal experience. We asked for the manager at least five different staff members and we tryed our best to talk with him but he never appeared. For three days in Porto Alegre we had to change three different rooms and it took a lot of time and energy which we coul have spend in exploring the city. Moreover, we did not feel safe in the hotel after the incident. We were unhappy with the rooms as well as they look nothing like the pictures.
