The restaurant (for dinner) and breakfast was great, no noise in the room in spite of proximity to airport.

A sign at the pool entrance says that there is no entry for children- this is NOT ok, and especially not if it is not informed about beforehand. It portrays itself as a family hotel, so what a deception if you come there and think that your children can take a swim before or after a long and exhausting flight, and then suddenly they can not (and neither can you, cause where are you going to put the children?). And the kid's space could also be upgraded a bit...but other than that, we enjoyed the hotel a lot.

We arrived about 1am and check in was easy, the couch bed was set up for my 8yo and we were able to all shower and jump into bed. They gave us free late checkout. great to have a swimming pool to entertain 8yo. breakfast was good and fresh.

Room was pretty good size, clean room and pretty quiet. Restaurant had a nice bar.

Waited quite a bit to check in. At restaurant, we waited about 45 min to get our food. But it’s delicious.

Outstanding breakfast and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. The room was clean and quiet with black-out curtains, a comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower with more than enough closet space for clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful with my request for a late check-out. And the free airport shuttle came immediately to bring us to the hotel.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

check out was long, details of invoice not pre printed - i had to request to see details and found one double charge of the restaurant. shuttle free from airport but 7 reais per person to take back - for a family it is more expensive than a taxi. wait for shuttle was also very long.

They weren't able to provide toothpaste or a hair cone when I needed and I felt this should be pretty standard.

The best hotel around the airport. Everything was perfect! Front desk forgot his name apologies. However, it was an impeccable check-in and checkout.

Only breakfast can be improved.
