Room was clean and comfortable. Good bed and TV. Nice porch to relax on. Great breakfast. Decent kitchen if you want to cook, and there’s a supermarket a mile or 2 away. The property itself is beautiful, especially at night, and has a laid back resort vibe. I think some of the people staying there never left the hotel, it’s a nice place to just chill with family. Friendly attentive service.

Wifi is non-existent, and cell service is weak. They sell beer and sodas, but other than that you will need a car or Uber to get to food or drinks, as there is nothing close. Road into hotel is awful, not their fault, but be advised.

The facilities was pretty nice and clean.

There was the receptionist who didn’t handle well the situation. Instead of trying to solve the problem or find a way to help us out he did nothing but claim that he was right.

I liked the house as it has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. All with very good taste, 3 air conditioning units. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Near to the beach and with loads of activities nearby that can be reached walking 5 min.

WIFI- The internet Wi-Fi was extremely poor. It is not acceptable when we live in a digital world that a good hotel does not have an at least decent Wi-Fi coverage and strength to streaming anything. At night, due to many of the customers being at home, it was barely impossible to use Wi-Fi. Disable Car Park Bay - Despite being announced as having one, the property does not comprise any park bay for disable people. I have asked help for this and when arriving I was told that a sign with my register plate would be put in place in order to make sure I would benefit of this place. This never happened at all. The worst bit on this comment, is that under Brazilian law it is mandatory to have a certain number of car park bays available for people with restriction on their mobility. Breakfast - I had travelled to the vast majority of Brazilian touristic spots and hotels. Knowing the country, I also know what they have tom offered. The breakfast served in the property was absolutely poor. They only served two kind of juices per day. Always flavours that the vast majority of the people never tried, and always non-natural juices. There were no salt-fried ingredients like bacon or sausages on the menu during breakfast. The most impressive was to see a cake that was served during 4 days in a row (the same cake) until it has Gonne. For the kind of offer available in this region, fruit, and juices should be served as a prime thing. I totally left the property with the idea that management was more worried about profit than about good quality meals.

Capoeira village is beautiful. The apartments are comfortable, well equipped and going for a walk around the “village” is pleasant. The swimming pools are great abs the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was very bad. Considering that this isn’t a cheap place to stay the breakfast was well below standard and needs to be fixed. There were also no blankets or duvets in the room... only bed lining which is ridiculous. I understand it’s hot in Porto Seguro but there’s no excuse for not providing visitors with a way to keep warm.
