Parking was safe and directly under the hotel, which made me choose to stay here in the first place. The room we booked had a great and very comfortable bed with views of the whole city. It was spacious, clean and had a big table to work from. The rooftop where the pool is located is amazing and the pool was clean. Breakfast had good options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. They accept pets.

There's not even a kettle in the room to boil water, the wi-fi was terrible on the 18th floor and there were zero signs in the garage telling where to go when you park your car. The property charged me 70 reais per day to stay with my dog. They provided a "pet kit" that came with a very cheap bad-smelling dog mat, two plastic bowls and a pee mat (the kit wasn't in the room when I got there, I had to request it). If they're gonna charge you 70 reais per day for your pet, more than I have ever paid to take my dog to a hotel anywhere on the planet, they should definitely improve this. Even though they have a rooftop and a whole building to serve breakfast with a view, they choose the basement, where there's zero natural light or even windows.

The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Cannot say enough good things about them, especially Daiane, the night manager.

Wifi didn't work at all on my laptop the entire 4 days, which was a big problem because I stayed for work. Whatever access control system they use needs to be replaced with a simple wifi password, because it was impossible to get to the access screen after the first time I logged in. Tried incognito, random MAC address, multiple OSes. It's 100% the login system.

I had a surgery and had to stay here to recovery. During my time here the 3 guys at the reception was extremely good. My mother suffers of panic attack when she has to use the elevator and the whole team has helped her to overcome her fear and they were always helping her to go up and down if she needed. The manager Alais was very kind and did all to help me to find the best comfortable way to sleep. Also the girls at the breakfast lounge was very professional and helpful ( the attention to details and towards the guests ) shows that they care and they are committed with the job. I have to congratulate Cleaning staff Avani , Marlene and others ). That has made a significant experience to me and my mother. My gratitude for you all... each one of you that I did not mention the names, you are all excellent! I hope to stay here again and I will definitely recommend this hotel based on my great experience here !

We requested a cot for our baby and it was all set up in the very large room when we arrived. The receptionist had good English and was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

We tried to order room service as we arrived late but there was no menu in the room so it was difficult to order on the telephone.

The hotel has a professional, polite and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The rootop level of the hotel has a pool, gym, bar and sauna. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the sauna and bar are closed. There is a shopping area at the ground level of the hotel complex with restaurants, shops, drycleaners, a salon and a barbershop. The Salvador Shopping mall is just a 7 minute walk from the hotel. I think this hotel is a great place to stay for tourists that like peace and quiet at night. The hotel is a 20-30 drive to the nightlife spots of Pelourinho and Rio Vermelho. I highly recommend this hotel for business or other travelers that want a quiet and high quality place to stay. I would stay at this hotel again.

The Intercity Salvador Hotel is located in the Caminho das Arvores area of Salvador da Bahia. This is a business district area and it is far from most of the tourist sites of the city, such as the Centro Historico area of Pelourinho and Rio Vermelho. Currently the hotel restaurant is only open for the breakfast buffet and is closed the rest of the day. Guests can order food from the restaurant from room service.

Room is spacious, always cleanded up. Towels always new and clean, havent used so much facilities but I saw they are fine . Breakfast is also ok, standard for brazilian standards.

The bed was very comfy, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The infrastructure in general was a bit old, different than the photos. They also charged a pet fee R$ 70 per night. I think this should be mentioned during the reservation.

The parking didn't had information on how to get to the reception. The only elevators found led to Salvador trade reception (which was closed)

Some members of staff could not speak basic english, considering its international hotel...on the other hand most of them were kind and nice.

Room service food are great, recommand the Brasileirinho, very good. Workers of the hotel are very nice.

I'm not sure why but the shower water are cool water, no hot water. It's no big deal because it's summer.
