We liked the room ! This time there were regular size fridge, electric stove and oven, which normally there are only microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony, tv setting etc...

Again trash bin wasn't empty when we got to the room. No dining table and chairs. Bed was lower than the other rooms we had stayed.

Excellent customer service! My husband had a medical emergency and reception representative was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this hotel is under airplanes route, it's quite loud during the day. Quiet though during sleeping hours.

great location. walking distance to shops, Mall, supermercado. the staff provided excellent service. they were friendly and attentive to needs of guests. internet worked well.

the sound of small jets from the airport screaming at 0600am on takeoff. the noise from. larger planes are fine. the whole neighborhood hears the planes. you ger used to it. i would add an cheap insulating materials like fiberglass or mineral wool pane to absorb the sound on the windows. and reduce it from passing through. need a coffee maker in the room

Great location! We travelled with a baby and having a travel crib available at the hotel was wonderful. The proximity to the airport didn’t bother us but you can for sure hear the airplanes landing - although we couldn’t hear anything at night. Good breakfast and clean facilities.

Staffs were nice, room was clean and comfy enough. Bed was very comfy! Location was good for those who go to/come from congonhas airport. I liked the view from the balcony, which we could see airplanes landing on the runway of the congonhas airport. Breakfast was good but just average.

I found one tiny tiny hair by the bathroom amenities. One of the glasses in the room was a bit dirty. It had a stain on the edge.

There was no towel rack for bath towels in our bathroom. It seemed they removed the towel rack and never installed it back on where other rooms have. They forgot to empty the trash bin in our room after the last guests left. Breakfast can be a bit better

I went to visit friends and the flat couldnt be better, .breakfast was delicious. I request early check-in and it was granted. Definitely Ill stay her my next time in Sampa

Air conditioner was not central only on the bedroom

Clean, comfortable room, very comfy bed, hot shower, very nice staff, good valet parking, good location/neighborhood, useful tv setting etc... This time the receptionist asked us if we prefer our room be higher level or lower.

I liked the facilties, the staff, good places to go nearby, pretty safe and nice neighborhood. 1 hour to Guarulhos airport and 30 minutes to the Interlagos motorcircuit

I have stayed multiple times and they continue to impress with the consistency in high quality service. Walking distance to great places to eat and feel secure in the area.
