The hotel was very comfortable. The pool is nice , but not so big. The rooms are spacious and the bed is good. The AC works very well, the bathroom was great. The breakfast has delicious options, especially the sweets. There were a few options of salty food, could be a little more. You can ask for a omelette or taptioca (with toppings) and they will make it. Even though this is not stated anywhere.

The bed linnen was a little dirty. It had some spots. We had a dinner at the restaurant were they served our (alcoholic) drinks by mistake to a family with a kid of about 12 years old. The kid and the mom tried the drink and informed the staff about the mistake. Then they brought the SAME drink to our table. This is unacceptable, even more because we are in a pandemic. One of the senior workers didnt seem to be up for the job and made a bad impression. We didn't get any excuses. If I didn't see the situation happening I would have had a drink that was already used by two strangers.

Just the reception staff seems like the girl who took our time didn’t want to be there, and in the beggining she didn’t want to look to us, but between the talk when she sees it that i’m brazilian living abroad and paying in dollar she change. Not good at all and i’m work in the hospitality for more than 18 years.

Hotel is "A" OK. The staff is very much interested in guest's comfort. The rooms are great. Breakfast was very good. Location, if not perfect, is very good as well. In general, a great hotel, I highly recommend.

Towels in the bathroom should be renewed, according to my point of view. Buttons to call the elevator, in the lobby, are not working properly. Plastic to cover the buttons of the elevator is a stupid thing as well. It does not guarantee non-infection by Covid, and is even, or looks even more unclean than its regular appearance, with no cover. Finally, I booked 2 rooms, they had only one reservation, instead of the two rooms I have booked. I am afraid this is a mistake from Booking, not theirs, not from the hotel. The hotel, however, corrected it and gave me two rooms.

Everything very clean and organized. Warm Pool inside, super nice and clean. Gym 24/7. Also very nice and clean, lots of different equipment. Game rooms for different ages: kids, teen and adult. Breakfast had a lot of options, everything very tasty. Restaurant inside had very good tasty food. In front of Praia Mar shopping.

Location: it's 2 blocks from the beach but it was a couple of busy roads to cross. Chlorine: the pool sometimes was degassing a lot of chlorine, my mom was coughing and having trouble breathing in there. Parking garage was underground like two levels of stairs, and it was third party, meaning you have to pay extra for it. Everything was a little too pricey. The only way back from the beach was through reception/front desk.

excellent gym and pool. the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. the staff are friendly and English speaking as well. breakfast was great and plentiful. the hotel is also located to a great mall and supermarket- closing at 22h00- very convenient

Breakfast was good. Location was central but still close to the beach area. We did not use the gym or pool facilities but it was very well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Poor internet connection in some areas inside the hotel and no international tv channels

THE Breakfast was good and well presented . Special plates could be ordered on demand. Location is very convenient , in front of nice big mall shopping centre and not far from the beach

The choice of sweet plats in breakfast ( for example no choice of pankake). There was not bathrobe in room.

The hotel is awesome, very well located, modern and comfortable. Its location, very close to the beach and right in front of a very good shopping center, make it a nice option for a stay in Santos, specially with kids. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good amenities, good location (even though everything in the Shopping is quite expensive). Very good service and staff.

we asked for a baby crib, called to confirm and when we arrived there was no baby crib. we called for one and it took a long time to get it, when we got it, it didn’t have an actua mattress but a blanket instead. we called again in the next day and finally we got a proper mattress for the crib, other than this, everything was great.

The beach is gross!!! Tons of garbage everywhere and lots of homeless. Would be nice to have bikes or some area of the beach that was private for the hotel.
