The location: very safe to walk around, all taxi drivers knew well the address (and there is always a taxi stationed nearby, we travelled most times with Mr Auri, very attentive and careful driver), right at the seafront (but quite difficult to reach the beach), walking distance to excellent restaurants, delicatessen, pharmacy, coconut stand... The breakfast: great variaty and quality. The regional food was amazing. Just the breakfast make your stay worthy The swimming pool: we regretted not using it more. Good for chilling and for a few laps The staff: although very busy, always kind and efficient. Flávio Augusto upgraded us to a seaview room that was a really nice treat after travelling for 17h. The toiletries: lovely scents, great quality And they our suitcases when we went to Lençóis for a week

The bathroom structure didn't allow a good drainage and ventilation

I liked the location, wonderful plentiful impeccable breakfast with many variations comfortable spacious restaurant. The apartments in the standard of comfort, comfortable spacious bed. Wonderful view! As the hotel is refined, I suggest a kettle with free coffee and tea. Very helpful messengers.

Regarding the delay at check-in, there was a disagreement with what was agreed by the booking and duplicate payment without it being reversed in automatic, it seems unwilling to do that, since it is registered in the system. The lack of language at the time of service.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Service was good but could be a bit more attentious. Room was large and confortable. I was there during Brazilian Valentines day. They hired live music to play in the lobby and the girl was a great singer.

No toiletries in the bathroom. We asked twice but there was something going on with the staff. You can't swim in the beach which is unfortunate but not really the hotel's fault.

Almost everything! The shower was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

There were some small problems: The bathroom fan wasn’t working My bed was too firm but that’s a choice. Wifi didn’t work well by the swimming pool. We had to ask twice for towels because the cleaning staff forgot to leave them.

The hotel is located pretty much on the beach (although to get to it you do have to clamber down an unofficial path) but worth it as the beach is lovely. The rooms are a good size and we had a spacious balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool area is really nice too. It”s about a 10 minute taxi ride to the historic centre - which is well worth a visit.

Nothing significant

The rooms were outstanding and very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was great and diverse with great breakfast staff. A special thanks goes out to Eduardo for going the extra mile.

I didn't like that they filled the refrigerator with items you didn't want and you could use the refrigerator for your own cheaper snack items. And constantly checking to see if you consumed them

Nice rooms, coming from a couple of days in Lencois Maranhenses it was great to arrive to a comfortable room and rest. Breakfast is great, lots of options and everything is super tasty. The swimming pool is also really nice and the fact that it's right in front of the sea makes it even better.

When we arrived there was a queue in the reception to do the check in/checkout. It's high season and I know there's a lot of tourism but there should be more people working in the reception.

The pool and view

The Hotel is very well located, the pool, the view and the food was great. unfortunately they should pay attention on air conditioner at the lobby and the bathroom of the lobby’s floor, it was so hot the weather and at this floor it’s was so unpleasant to stay because of the air conditioner looks like it wasn’t working.

Nice localisation, great view from the room facing the sea, nice bar with view, good to take a caipirinha or snack . The hotel is surely together with the Blue tree one of the best options when staying in Sao Luis- remember you are in Brasil .

Really riticulous that a 5 star hotel does not care about the surrounding, the only access to the beach is a burden crossing a lot of litter .Very loud at the breakfast room, none of 5 star atmoshere there.
