B&B HOTEL São Paulo Luz - Centro

staff were really amazing and helped me with everything, I am traveling with 3 bags and they have little carts to help you carry the bags all the way to you room plus the hotel has a really cool young vibe to it

location is really bad! scary part of São Paulo, even for a 7 minute walk I had to take an Uber and the elevator is really slow I was trying to go down from the 12th floor to check out with my bags and had to wait 16 mins for the elevator

we liked that the room was simple and small yet well designed. it was right at the train station, which made it easy to get from the airport and back with the direct train #13 as we only had a short stay in sao paolo.

the towels were not ready in our room when we checked in (due to them still being in laundry) - so we had to wait an hour or 2 before we could shower. I didn't like the selection and quality of food served at the breakfast buffet, i really recommend to save your money and book the room without breakfast and eat elsewhere.

The infrastructure of the hotel is great, the problem is the neighborhood in which it is located. it is not safe to walk around after 6 or 7 pm; There are very few places to dine out, so we mostly had to order to eat in the hotel or take an Uber.

I enjoyed the room. It was clean and organized. Also, it was quiet, I couldn't hear any other guest. The breakfast was great too!

The location is at the heart of São Paulo, which at night is a bit scary. During the day it's super easy to reach the metro (same street) but at night I recommend a car service for transportation.

Much better than expected. Nice cozy little rooms, remembered my a lot of the Ibis Styles. Great value for the price. Wonderful breakfast too :) The neighborhood is tough, so be sure you know where you're going.

The breakfast Host is a very cranky women or just a very unhappy person. Hahaha Very hard to deal with. Careful not to ruin your Morning Good mood.

Clean and new backpacker style hostel, adequate room size. Okayish wifi.

Area is not very welcoming, especially at nights. Staff can't speak proper english, we had to communicate through sign language, but they tried to help us and did their best.

Great location next to Mercado Municipal. Reception had a box of various chargers and adapters for purchase, which was great as I didn't carry the right type for Brazil!

No restaurants in the area, fairly unsafe and not well lit to walk around. However, close to the metro.

Very good hotel, new, modern and clean. Wonderful breakfast.

Sketchy location, especially at night. Metro station right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient, but even the quick walk seems a problem

Wish average dumb people weren't staying here. I like all the rest.

The contingent of average people staying here who are dumb and contagious themselves. People who stay here are average nonenteties and mask-wearers, i.e. sheep and slaves by nature. Also want to say to these people, YOU ARE CONTAGIOUS YOURSELVES! You're dumb sheeple. Go to hell.

The property is excellent. you get exactly what you’re being advertised

The neighborhood. The property is well located, in the center, next to Luz station. However, the area is a bit abandoned. the small shops around the hotel all close around 6 pm.
