Location is fantastic with easy short walking access to the subway and many places to eat. There are also a number of eateries opening on the ground floor of the hotel building (this is a multi-purpose building). Also the building generated part of the energy it consumed with solar panels, however if the electric system needs to switch from solar to the grid, you may have a brief power outage. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, from our floor maid to the breakfast and front desk.

Breakfast could improve the fruit options which is one thing that is so unique in Brazil, in particular São Paulo has a great supply of fruits.

Brand new hotel on an excellent location, close to many bars, restaurants and shops. The best hotel I stayed for this price range in São Paulo. Nice staff, very good breakfast in a cozy space.

There was a high noise on the first room that I stayed, that comes from the hotel exaustion system (room 1102). I asked for assistance and the maintenance staff came within minutes, but there was nothing they could do until next day. So they moved me to another room (1105), that was perfect and silent. Rooms facing Rebouças Avenue could be noisier than facing Pinheiros Street.

Second time staying here. Solange Miranda the front desk supervisor is very noce, execute and accomodates the guest according to needs and requests. It made me feel at home. Good selection of fruits for breakfast.

I would like to have better coffee in the morning and a healthy vegan option such as coconut yogurt, gluten free granola, and sugar free vegetable milk such as almond or oat milk.

Breakfast was well served and had a great diversity of food. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and fitted with appliances like a hair dryer and a safe. The pool and the leisure area exceeded expectations.

There is nothing to complain about the hotel itself. Still, although the hotel is well located near the National Park and the Airport, it is a bit far from the downtown and residential zones; while this isn't a problem, it's definitely something to note if you are traveling on business or visiting relatives.

The Hotel is super new! the room was clean and cosy, I stayed in the 10th floor that provided a nice view of the region

there is very low water pressure.

The spaces were great, very clean and comfortable. A view from my room was amazing. It was silent, so I could also work. Food quality for breakfast was very good. Very helpful staff as well.

There was a blinking screen in the street, that kept lighting the room through the whole night. It was impossible to isolate the room with the curtains, so it wouldn't affect the room.

Excellent build quality of this modern hotel. The rooms are absolutely silent and the beds are of outstanding quality. Great location and the staff were polite and helpful - especially Renan who shared his mobile hotspot internet with me when the internet went down at the hotel (see below).

Only thing which lets the hotel down is the poor wifi. The wifi went down entirely on my first night (probably due to some lightening earlier) but even for the few days after that it was patchy at best and impossible to use for any video calls.

The hotel was overall really good. Location, breakfast, facilities, employees - good :)

1) Gym was not super okay, was small and always crowded 2) When you stay a bit longer and needs things to be delivered for you its a bit confusing because it's always goes to another reception which is not in the hotel and also nobody knows anything about it :(

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was GOOD. Filling. Variety. Eggs, sausage, jello, cereal, juices, AND CHEESE BREAD!!!

I wish I didn't have to close the blackout curtains. I was facing the front and the business across the street had a bright neon light that flickered. There also wasn't a pool. None of these would be dealbreakers for going back.

The room, breakfast, staff, were all pretty great.

Some of the staff didn't make the most enthusiastic impression, but we all have those moments, don't we? A card or booklet with information on the offered services in the room would be very useful and simple/cheap to implement
