There was nothing not to like about this hotel 100% top top marks

The Cadoro Hotel is part of a block that also houses residential apartments and conference facilities. The hotel occupies the ground and first floors and then the rooms are located on floors 19 to 27. The top floor also has a gym, pool and sky bar. I took the upgrade to a larger room with a balcony and while small gave a great view of the mega city that is São Paulo. The room was very well appointed with plenty of space, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and most spoke excellent English. I had to extend my stay for 24 hours and needed a 2pm checkout both of which were no problem. The hotel is close to a good selection of bars and restaurants, but is a slight walk to Paulista Avenue. Highly recommended.

Nothing my stay was excellent. Only tip: if you don’t like hights the lowest floor for guests appears to be the 19th.

Nice and stylish hotel with a great restaurant downstairs and a pool with an amazing view on the rooftop. breakfast ok, nothing special, but at least they had veggie milk. regarding personal, almost all of them are really nice and professional. one guy who was on a reception desk in the morning 26.02. wasn’t. they late us do late checkout for a half of the price, very well. thank you!

Professional and friendly staff; clean high-rise tower with cute rooftop pool; clean and spacious room with city views; tiny lobby but restaurant available inside so comfortable to not have to leave premises for lunch or dinner; good breakfast; very easy parking with valet; area so and so but that Sao Paulo mostly everywhere.

Bad experience happened when room door electronic system bugged and our 3-year-old was sick alone inside. Nobody could resolve the issue/open the door for about AN HOUR; eventually our toddler himself woke up and opened the door for everybody's relief (who knows what he could have done inside...). Staff were friendly and apologetic, however room still got charged based on fact it was thru Booking.com they couldn't do any gesture... (only an extra breakfast and a drink were removed from bill).

Breakfast in the very nice decorated restaurant was good Skybar is amazing Room was big and the bed was excellent, never slept in such a good bed. The room has everything what you need. I would say this is a 5* hotel Elevator is a nice experience. Dark inside, with blue spot lights. The staff in the hotel is friendly.

I don’t complain about the area, and don’t feel unsafe. People could find it a bit scary when walking at night.

Very poor breakfast with little options, every day the same. Cold water in the swimming pool that we could not swim. A bit slow elevators. The neighbourhood seems a bit dodgy, not safe after dark but close to tourist attractions.

Overall this is an outstanding hotel in terms of value for money! Very comfortable bed. Good shower, very good buffet breakfast, awesome view of the city from the pool area/bar on the top floor (Floor 27). The front desk staff were generally friendly but not always very warm. The restaurant staff were better. Most were very friendly and did tbeir best to provide excellent service to me (even though I do not speak Portuguese). In conclusion, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Only complaint was the fact that on a couple of occasions (for a few hours at a time), the Wifi in my room did not work. Oh, and also, on one occasion when I had a guest in my room (not an overnightt guest), I was called by the front desk while my guest was there and told that I would have to pay extra for that. Maybe this is normal in Brazil, I do not know, but for me it was bizarre. (and it seemed petty as I was staying at this hotel for 11 nights and eating at their restaurant everyday).

• The view was amazing. We chose this hotel mostly for the view and weren't disappointed :) • The room was spacious and had everything we needed. • Good breakfast, many options to choose from. My wife is allergic to gluten and it's nice that they had gluten-free bread. • WiFi worked well.

Very nice and clean hotel, my room was on floor 24, beautiful view over the city. very friendly and helpful staff. Next time in São Paulo I will definitely return to this hotel. A nice tip to visit, Terraço Italia, which was an amazing experience, a very nice rooftop bar and restaurant on the 42nd floor. Reserve in advance as it is always busy.

Everything was perfect

The room we booked has a great view of Sao Paulo and was very comfortable. The bed was great, the pillows were nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was also great for a walk at the city center and also close to area with restaurants, etc.

The breakfast was tasty, but could have more options.
