Great location - walking distance to the park, and a short Uber to Paulista Av. The downstairs Gym/ Pool area was fun. Rooftop restaurant and pool had great views of the city. Service was friendly and helpful, champagne on arrival was a nice touch.

Food options were a little limited - rooftop had same menu for Lunch/ Dinner. Rooms were a little spartan and perhaps need an update.

A stay at Hotel UNIQUE is really an unique experience, starting from the architectonic experience. No complaints about the staff, who were always cordial and made an effort to adjust the experience to our needs. The rooms and bed are very comfortable, the food is good and the facilities seem to be incredible, even though we didnt use them (it was really cold and the pools are not heated).

The internet connection was really feeble, I had to use my 4G in our bedroom, as well as in the restaurant area. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, fresh and tasty. Considering the price, I would have expected something more special, whether on services, ingredients/options, etc. I asked for an extra slice of bread, for instance, and it never came. Water in showers never got warm enough during my 2-day stay.

The hotel is great, clean, with very well trained and sympathetic staff. Loved the time we spent there. Loved to hang out and eat by the pool. Good music, great food, good drinks.

However you feel like once you’re there, the hotel will try to rip all the money they can from you. Eg. there’s no free water in the hotel (tap water in Brazil it’s not recommended). If you want water, you can pay 15brl for 750ml of filtered water in the restaurant. In the room, there’s no such option. You can only buy super overpriced mineral water. Maybe most of folks don’t care about it, but I find it deceiving, it’s a matter of principle. Also would mention that rooms are a bit small for such a high level hotel.

Rooms are nice, the hotel infrastructure is very good. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. In general, we always have had a very positive experience at Unique.

Sushi at the restaurant can be better considering that is the “special” of the place. Spa professionals were kind but not experts as expected.

Great breakfast, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend staying. The facilities are amazing, with 2 pools, sauna and great views.

Price is a bit steep, they could include parking tariff in room charge.

Simce I am leaving Brasil for good, I decided to treat myself with a memorable last week. The staff is warm, helpful and services oriented. Being call by my name without prompting also helps. Yesterday was my birthday and when I returned to my room I had cake, balloons and a message written in my window. The skye bar and restaurant on the top floor is top on all that matters.

The staff at reception was very friendly and glad to assist on any question we had. All of them very professional. Roof top is excellent and the Skie bar gets very busy every day of the week.

Bar prices are too steep for SP. Rooms although we like the style a little too spartanic.

The hotel is fantastic. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great restaurant. The location is also great. My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary early. The hotel reached out to us prior to our arrival asking if we were celebrating anything and I mentioned this. They left a lovely note and a dessert on my parent's room. Very attentive and thoughtful. Will definitely return.
