My husband I and stayed at the ibis Sao Paulo Congonhas for 1 night in March 2022 before our flight home. We flew into Sao Paulo late the evening so having the ability to just walk across the bridge from the Congonhas airport to the hotel was amazing because at that point we were very tired. We booked the cheapest room on offer for the night so nothing fancy. We just needed a place to lay our heads and the room met our expectations.

This is a very busy hotel, probably because it is across the road from the airport, so it took us a long time to check in. But once we were checked in everything went smoothly.

staff were super friendly and despite us not speaking any Portuguese really helped us to feel welcome. Amazing location if you need to use the airport, there is a walk way that links straight to the airport outside the hotel. can’t say anything about the food as we didn’t eat in the hotel but extremely happy and would definitely recommend.

The staff is very helpful and gentle, rooms are very clean and quiet, very comfortable bed. Very quick and easy checkout. Very close to Congonhas airport and good neighbourhood. Easy to get to restaurants in Moema and Itaim bibi. Good and easy place for getting a Taxi/Uber.

Prices are usually higher than expected for the hotel category, but this is probably due to the fact that one can get to the hotel from Congonhas on foot.

Good staff. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Cannot open the windows (lack of fresh air). Lack of a courtesy bottle of water (a cheap and simple thing that does make a difference). Lighting should have a better setup (like some more indirect lighting, to give more clarity without being too aggressive to the eyes).

Staff are kind and helpful. They assist with any possible request. Superb location connected to Congonhas airport by pedestrian bridge. Excellent breakfast. Fun street with good restaurants and bars behind hotel. Usually inexpensive.

Spartan rooms. Some rooms very noisy. Frequently booked up.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. Both check-in and check-out were very quick. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall a great airport hotel for a short stay!

The street was a bit loud, but the hotel can't do much about it!

Location is perfect, just across the airport. The bedroom was clean. The staff is good.

Language barrier... (no English speaking support) But the staff supported as much as they could, but would have been easier.

The convenient location from airport with the new passarela made it very easy to go to the hotel and back to the airport. Also, next to the hotel there were some nice restaurants and bars with live music.

The dinner price at the hotel restaurant was a little high for us and didn't include beverage but good overall.
