I had an emergency and booked last minute, they were super kind from the beggining through messaging, and allowed me to checkin before the normal time, given that my flight arrived at 8am, so Im so so thankful for that!! :) Once you arrive, it's a little bit confusing because the concierge needs to come out to greet you and give you the keys, but most of us cross the door and start walking without direction. Other than that, everything was perfect! Appt is very very modern and new, super clean, cozy, has everything you need and every gadget worked well. I took a bath and rested all day as was planned, no light come through the blackout so I slept like a baby. Will definitely come back, thank you ❤️

Only check-in is a bit confusing. No clear directions on where the concierge is.

The apartment is in a safe and quiet area. Batman Cave is at a safe walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean. The appartments are spacious and have a kitchen in them. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils and cutlery and it has a large fridge. The bed was very comfortable and there is daily room service. The AC works perfectly and helps to keep the room cool. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower with good water pressure. The view from the room is amazing! There is also a rooftop pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The options for breakfast is very limited. The places to get groceries or breakfast are a bit far. They are around ten minutes walking up and down steep hills.

Good size room with huge windows which made it feel much more open and less “hotel box”-y. Lovely toiletries provided. Great bed; very comfortable and king size. Lovely helpful staff (note: most of them don’t speak English, only Portuguese but will use translation apps to help you anyway). Great rooftop pool and facilities. Incredibly close to the metro, which was fantastic. 20-25 minute walk from Pinheiros and other great areas.

Rooms are very clean and spacious, beds are super comfortable. The pool area is really nice to spend the day and relax. There is a fridge so you can get drinks as well as a bbq if you want to make your own food. Gym is spacious and nice view

The building is made for apartment rentals so there is no proper reception or service areas

Very clean, secure and comfortable apartment in a good location. Apartment/building look exactly like the pictures. The pool and gym were amazing perks as well, we made good use of both.

Laundry system was confusing and we couldn't use in the end. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

Good location, great new facilities and courteous staff.

Getting some additional irons to be able to hand guests would be good. Also it would be good to have "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on doors

A few basic kitchen items could be added such as cutting knife, coffee filter/machine, toaster, even a simple kitchen cloth.

A wonderful place to stay in Sao Paulo. Great value for money. The room is designed with utterly modern good taste, has everything you need (kitchen, tv, workspace, wardrobe) and the bed very comfortable. The price very reasonable and though it’s not really a hotel but like an apartment building the service and concierge are the best!

The location, near Vila Madalena metro station is excellent. The rooms are good to cook a few basic meals while being able to go out in the neighborhood.

There is a lot of noise around the hotel early in the morning..
