The hotel is very clean, staff are polite and helpful. Located in the Dobrich City Centre. The breakfast is very rich and assorted. My gratitude is extended to Irena the Receptionist who has good English. Strongly Recommended

Since many foreign nationals stay at the hotel and need parking place, Parking signs should be in English Language or Multilingual. Otherwise customers may spend long time to be able to find a suitable place to park.. Thank You

The Breakfast was excellent and and Peter who looked after us couldn't have done more ,in fact all the staff receptionist, waitress, and cleaners were all great.The location was great for us.. central for really good places to eat and walking distance to Local market and a wonderful Central Park.

The only complaint we have was the room was far too hot for us! We were told that it wasn't possible to turn it down or off as it was a central system switched on for winter! the staff was really good and tried to help us by giving us a Fan but unfortunately we were unable to use the room during the day as it was still far too hot witch was such a shame.

Room was large, clean and kept in good condition every day. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Thank you so much for the gentlemen at the reception for finding me some ice cubes to relieve of the pain in my left knee at the last night. Location is perfect, so close to every where, on foot.

I wish the sauna was working, but it was not.

The hotel is very well situated in the center of Dobrich, close to the most places of culture and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms - very clean and cozy. There is a restaurant where you only can have breakfast.

The air condition in the room was not working properly and instead of cold air (although I set the option "cool"), it was blowing very hot air. Inside the room it was like a sauna...

The staff are always exceptional. The staff are the best part of this hotel. Always very polite and helpful. Room was super clean and tidy at all times. Even my personal stuff got tidied up neatly.

Rained inside the room at some point because it rained heavily outside. Ceiling leaked. Bathroom takes about 30 minutes to drain after a shower. Makes a big pool of water once you have showered. Bit worried about the massive big human sized window which could be opened by a child and we were on the 5th floor.

The location is good, close to supermarket, cafeterias and also the appointed bus stop for travelling to / from Varna and Sofia. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was helpful. There was breakfast included.

Acquiring the room 4 hours before the check in time was costing 50% of the room price , which I believe is the steepest rate I have ever come across.

Breakfats was OK. Location in the very center of the city. Very convenient of finishing my tasks as I had had some work ith institutions that are all located in the center or near the center. The coffe at the lobby was great. For some reason I enjoyed very much citing at the lobby having coffe with friends and relatives.

Didn't notice anything really annoying. Hard to suggest something to improve.

The rooms are very big and clean.Location is perfect.And inside your room you have amazing photo of waterfalls and paintings of Egypt.The entire staff is extremely helpful.The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows-they were a bit hard.

Great location, good sized rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. We have stayed here often with no faults

Staff were exceptionally helpful. They printed documents for me, offered advice and directions and allowed me to work a little later in the room in order to complete some urgent tasks. Room was large and very comfortable with everything needed.
