The hotel is great, with an old-style massive furniture appearance, in a big park green area, near a lake with local fisherman's, the breakfast was very nice also the restaurant food quality is exceptional, you shall definitely try it. The rooms were clean, and neighborhood is quiet.

The hotel air conditioning installation (local ceiling ventiloconvector) produced some noise during the night, I was able to fix them only partially by moving gently the room air inlet opening, the room temperature was kept as the value I request, but the noises were not good ...

The hotel is beautiful, unique and classy. We booked a double bedroom and were surprised to see that there was a living area with beautiful sofa and a coffee table, wine glasses and crystal water glasses. The bedroom furniture and lamps were good quality. There is no place to upload photos from the two restaurants, but everything is really, really pretty, especially the gold-like chandeliers!!! One of the restaurants has a terrace overlooking the lake. The other restaurant has two floors connected with spiral stairs and the lower level has a nice area for the kids to play!! Our room, 405, had a view to the lake with beautiful water lilies. The breakfast buffet, included in our booking, was excellent - several kinds of cheeses and salami, sausages, bacon, pastries, pancakes, croissants, three kinds of eggs, variety of fruit, yogurt, espresso, cappuccino, etc. We had dinner in the restaurant - delicious and reasonably priced. Didn't have time to try the spa. Maybe next time. Definitely hope to go back. Forgot to mention - everyone was really nice!!

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

We especially appreciated the very nice surroundings and the breakfast. There is a great restaurant with garden onsite which presumably is of a superior quality but we did not have the chance to try it due to other arrangements we had. Room amenities were also of a very good quality (we rented an apartment). The receptionist is also a very friendly lady and can give you good guidances for local specifics.

The fitness shares same room with the spa center and the swimming pool therefore is a bit humid and difficult to do intense exercises. In the common areas was a bit warm as the airconditioning seemed to be off, but in the rooms was all great so we did not bother.

Park hotel is an amazing choice. Great restaurant, location, clean and big rooms.

We used the hotel for 1 night as we were just passing by and needed a good rest. Sadly there were 2 girls running around, making huge noise, smashing the doors of their rooms. This kept for 1h or so and the receptionist had 0 intervention. I went and asked her to step in as the time was midnight. She said she ll handle it. Nothing was solved as the noise continued until 1 am. Too bad. We loved the hotel but won’t pick it up anymore (we stayed 6 times here) as clearly the receptionist didn’t care.

The location is amazing. Just by the lake, with great view. The facilities are really luxury and well build, the whole hotel feels expensive. The parking is big and spacious.

The staff is not very friendly, which is shame given the great location and facility. The breakfast is utterly terrible, both me and my fiancé had stomachache from it , in two following days. There is only one person in charge for the breakfast, if you come down late everything is being eaten without being replenished, the coffee machine always runs out of coffee beans before someone recharge it, it’s a 5 star hotel and the quality of the food and the variety is much worse then most of the 3 star hotels that I have been in. Overall not very good value for money.

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful lake and park with freely walking ducks. The surrounding is like a fairy tail. We were there in the spring and it was perfect. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. There is a mall at walking distance. We would definitely visit again.

Not very well maintained breakfast and not the best products.l Most of the time there weren't any staff during breakfast. But we were there for Easter and there were colored eggs and kozunak, which was very nice.

Luxurious hotel and very beautiful inside. The location is great at the entrance and exit of the city. There is a nearby mall, shops, gas stations and restaurants. The hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. Unfortunately we were given a room with no view at all. A lot of parking. Quiet location. A typical European breakfast without changes on all days of the week. The pool is medium in size. In order to use the sauna, the hotel staff must be updated.

There was one evening that the hot water ran out in the shower. There is no fridge but only a minibar which was full of hotel products for a fee, we could not put in our own. Towels are not distributed in the pool, must be taken from the room. The hotel is more suitable for business people and adults rather than children

Lovely location. Inside decor rich and colourful well maintained. One bedroom suite was good size with very nice bathroom with jacuzzi bath. We dined outside by lake which was very nice. Varied, quite extensive menu and food was very good. Enjoyed swimming pool facility,

Outside restaurant in evening was busy but very slow service to take order. One main course arrived about 20 minutes after other main course which was disappointing. Encouraged by waiter to try a brandy, quite a show of warming the glass etc and then found cost was 26lv for one glass on the bill. Earlier breakfast time would be better. Machine for hot water and coffee only managed to fill one and a half cups before it stopped for many minutes to heat up water again causing a bit of a queue. Breakfast otherwise ok. Warned by another reviewer about no edge to pool - quite correct no straight edges but in front of pillars a construction which went into pool abut 1/2 metre underwater and same mosaic so easy to swim into them.

Good breakfast, clean spacious rooms, polite staff. Near to city, nice location . The lake behind the room was eye-catching.

The breakfast on the first day was not buffet breakfasy although we paid for it this one day should not matter when we look back at over stay overall. The swimming pool and Gym were in one hall... did not like it, GYM and pool close soon. If you want to access these facilities you should scarify one day of going out of the hotel or come back early ....

Hotel location-amazing. Dinner restaurant - amazing set and view. Dinner taste - great. Waiter attitude - great and funny and friendly. Very elegant hotel, very nice, smiley, friendly staff

Breakfast can be improved, and more variaty. Cofee cups had no little plates, for capuccino were no bigger cups. The dinner night before was amazing, so breakfast didn t match.
