It’s in a cozy location and close to the marina. Great if you like to walk and enjoy the water. Beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly and house keeping was awesome. All around great little inn and will rebook on my next visit.

Shower water pressure wasn’t the best but that’s me being picky. Everything was great besides that.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast wasn't too bad. It wasn't fancy, but it did what we needed it to do. Given the amount of oilfield workers there, it was quiet. Location is nice, would be beautiful in the summer by the lake. But loved when they cleaned the room the first day they left a vase of flowers in our room.

Nothing really. No, it wasn't a fancy place, but we were looking for a place just to sleep essentially. Had we had kids with us or was a holiday probably wouldn't stay here, would probably look for something that had more amenities (swimming pool) but we were up visiting his dad who was in the hospital and didn't want to intrude on other family members.

We did not partake in the breakfast so I don’t know what was offered. I’m a Bariatric patient so I’m fairly limited to what I can eat so I stuck with yogurt. Haha My fav feature was the fridge! A full apartment sized one this was great because I could do all my grocery shopping in one go instead of just multiple

I think the beds were a bit high my mom struggled a bit getting into them. And almost two soft. But that’s fine

This is a lovely, clean motel with very friendly staff. I really appreciated the fact that the rooms had full-size refrigerators and a little kitchenette. This is my second stay at the Dockside Inn and I’ll definitely stay there again. Terrific value, especially as the motel is only a block away from restaurants and Cold Lake itself. Thanks so much!

Nothing; everything met my needs and expectations.

Conveniently located in a calm area within walking distance to restaurants and Kinosoo beach (15 min.). Rooms cleaned every day. Kitchenette was well-equipped. Nice and varied breakfast.

This location was close enough to many eateries that it was not an issue. The room was a great size and the lay out made it feel pretty homely.

I love the accessibility and convenience of a place close to the hospital and lakefront that does not break the bank! Getting to and from the Inn was easy. The room was was very clean and cozy! I will be a weekend getaway here this summer!

I did not see an option for a later check out, for a fee. But I understand that. I do wish I had my surgery scheduled over the summer but it is what it is. There was not much if anything to dislike!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice my room was for a very reasonable price! it was cleaned everyday and had a full fridge and everything I needed for a stay with my dogs. Close to the pier so was easy to walk the dogs down by the water. I will definitely stay here again!

Super clean, the staff do an awesome job. Very impressed. The bed was so comfy. The air conditioner a welcome bonus. I didn't know they had them. The room smelled fresh, the bedding smelled so good.

I didn't like that they allowed smoking in some of the rooms and right outside the rooms. It was actually quite disgusting. I'm an ex smoker. I was in a non smoking room, I think and it was fine but when I went to my friends room hers obviously was, it was so gross. The free breakfast isn't great, mostly pre packaged baked goods you buy in a box. I'm not picky and chose to nix it, Coffee and fruit good though. The toiletries provided were a joke. Super cheap. But if you're staying a short visit they're good enough. Bring your own soap imo. And shampoo/conditioner. Scratchy rough sheets, but I guess they're new.
