Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake

Loved the 2 king beds and kitchenette. The room was spacious which was appreciated for a longer stay. Pet friendly hotel was also appreciated. The exercise room was quite good, lots of equipment. Liked the couches in the lobby for morning coffee. Hot breakfast was good, enough variety. Really liked the eggs with cheese. One type of coffee offered, it was quite good. Front desk manager was very helpful.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one of the days, but we were able to get some fresh towels anyway, so it worked out. Would like “real” cream for the coffee. Would be nice to have a couple picnic tables outside to drink coffee in the sun (with the dog). Hotel is about a 20 min drive from the beach, so be prepared for that. Our room key kept de-magnetizing!

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was very clean. The person at the desk kindly helped me with signing up to earn points and gave us ideas of what to see in Cold Lake. The hotel was easy to find.

The girl at the desk could have been more friendly (didn't reply when greeted in the morning). We were disappointed that we did not see a Gideon Bible placed in the room.

they gave us the wrong room. book a room with a kitchen in it and they gave us one without and a tub instead. we needed the kitchen for a weekend stay for mud fest and instead we had to eat out and cost us far more money. super dissatisfied that we didn’t get the room we booked and no discount for it.

Space of room

Pricing could have been more affordable and not enough vegan options in breakfast area Stayed near end of hallway and the slamming of the exit door was alittle annoying while trying to sleep at night.

Almost Everything! I love the room, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The linen smells like newly washed. The washroom is super clean, with someone meticulous like me.. washrooms are very important for us to be clean and odorless.. the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The location is superb as it is very close to walmart, gas station and Mcdonalds.

The breakfast as it is packed goodies. but i understand that due to covid they have to do it like this. Although maybe they can provide with alternatives like room service breakfast platters or buffet style with precautions.

The room was clean. Front desk staff were great to deal with.

Parking is tight. Room key would not grant me access to perimeter door at back of hotel. No restaurant or lounge in hotel or close by.

Basic, simple hotel. Clean, fairly comfortable, smooth check in / check out

Breakfast was great the first morning but fairly lacking the other days of stay.

Front desk was not able to provide receipt for the stay upon check in or check out when requested, and they said a receipt would be sent to my email, but no email receipt ever came.

Breakfast is awesome and hot. Maybe ypu should have a pool.

They sent us an email that my request is granted but when we checked in were in different floors and not close to each other rooms.

Awesome stay. I used every amenity. Good bang for your buck.

The air conditioning unit blows all of its cold air into the drawn curtain. Pretty useless for air flow and keeping the room cool.
