Quality Hotel Drumheller

Easy check-in; lift to upper floors. Our room was at the end of a long corridor but was comfortable and suited our needs. It overlooked the highway and the town of Drumheller. I really like that they give you a little cloth to wipe up spills in your room (while coffee-making etc) but please don't use a ziplock bag to wrap it in! Another piece of plastic to pollute our world for yonks! Fridge in room was quiet and kept frozen things frozen and cold things cold! Water pressure great.

The plastic bag for the cleaning cloth (see above). And the water faucet and shower were very noisy - could hear them being used from other rooms.

The front desk staff were always extremely polite (even when a guest was having problems)! Hats off to them for being so kind and professional! The room was nice and cool when we arrived, which was amazing been as it was a literal heat wave outside! Room was very neat and clean. Balcony had an amazing view of town centre! Breakfast was great, they had hot or cold food and drink. Very good breakfast options!! Staff was very polite and friendly, cleaning the tables as soon as they were vacant to accommodate the next guests looking to get some breakfast.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. Myself and my wife have not so good backs. We do a lot of physical labour so a good sleep is essential for us. Like many hotels this bed made our backs quite stiff. It was a relief to get home and sleep in our own bed!

Check in was simple, they had several luggage carts available, two fast elevators, the room was very clean, bathroom was nice, the air quality in the room was great. The breakfast was very good in a large dining room and was available really early if you wanted.

The deadbolt lock didn't work because of a bent strike plate. The bathroom sink plumbing is noisy and surprisingly loud so you can hear other rooms using their bathroom sink, the shower and toilet plumbing is very quiet and barely noticeable so I guess you can't have it all. IT would be nice to have a few commercial-free television stations.

Above all, the staff were remarkably friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and a good size with a great view. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location for walking to downtown Drumheller and a short drive to the magnificent Royal Tyrrell Museum.

The breakfast is fairly limited. However my only real issue is the extensive use of plastic cutlery etc which I found environmentally very concerning.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk Staff was very friendly and helpful . I loved that the hotel was close to the town center.

Our room was great except we had some minor issues with our television. That was quickly fixed by staff when we told them about the issue. Wifi wasn't so great, we had trouble connecting and when we did connect, things downloaded slow

The hotel location was very convenient to town and supermarket. We arrived early on a very hot day and the wonderful lady on reception gave us immediate access to our room. The room was clean and completely soundproof. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The breakfast room was huge and the food was very good.

Nothing I can think of. Drumheller is a fairly remote location and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was typical for these types of buffets. Location was good if you're driving. Compared to what else is available it's definitely your best value since it's renovated.

A pool would have been nice at this price point. The elevator was also a little sketchy.

the smell of cannabis in the entry and elevator was enough to turn my stomach but you find that almost everywhere unfortunately.

Location was easy to find, had a nice room with a balcony, staff were really good, clean and tidy, easy parking, close to shops - you can drive through car parks to get to restaurants, supermarkets, fast food ect.

Breakfast was a little bit average and the elevator was very jumpy (but there is a sign explaining that it is safe)

good location for Driving routes to badlands, Royal Tyrell museum, hoo doos, etc. next door to Starbucks and supermarket. massive car park.

Not much space to sit anywhere in evening. some noisy plumbing- hotel did offer to change room but we weren’t that bothered.
