Breakfast was in the restaurant attached to the hotel and was very good but not included in price. Location is excellent in the centre of Grande Cache. Room has good facilities, comfy bed, clean bathroom, everything you could want. View from room was of the mountains (room was at front of building). Warm public rooms and bedroom which was essential as it was during a cold snap. Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee available all day in reception.

Hotel is slightly dated but not yet needing a refresh. When we arrived the lift and the restaurant were not working due to technical problems however these were fixed the following day.

Easy to find and access. Friendly staff and the breakfasts were delicious! Room was clean and had AC. Would definitely stay here again if we went back!

Elevator was a little nerve wracking especially if you don't like them to start. Made alot of noise when it would stop at a floor.

Small town ambience where people have big hearts. Loved the interactions with the staff, the delicious breakfast and the amazing sun room with a million dollar view from our floor. Stayed for just one night but loved every bit of it. A big thank you to everyone at the Grande cache inn and suites!

The staff were great, they loved my dog and had lots of treats for him. There was an issue when I arrived but they solved it right away for me. The beds aren’t the greatest but the pillows sort of make up for it. It is a nice hotel but I think new beds are in order for the price. Other than that everything was great! The restaurant server was very friendly as well and the food was good home cooked Canadian breakfast ❤️

Second time staying here. Friendly helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Good bed. Spacious room. Great location. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful view of the mountains.I will come back.

Noisy wall AC right by the head of the bed. Turned it off the second night and opened the window. Recommend earplugs. It is right beside the highway.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, is very clean with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, helpful and provided information about the area.

I liked the cleanliness, cozy suite & friendly staff. Also, it was nice having the restaurant open so we didn't have to go somewhere else ir order delivery.

I didn't like the squeaky pipes in the shower & the mattress on the beds were a bit too firm. The pillows were comfy though.

3rd time here. We've been so pleased with the facility we've never checked anywhere else. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Great beds. Good water pressure in shower. Quiet. Spacious.

The location was excellent. Tim Hortons was close by. The Hotel staff was exceptional. The rooms were most comfortable. Hot breakfast was provided each morning.
