Location is great but see comments below bout breakfast.
I am sorry, but the breakfast was not good. The eggs were not great tasting, there were people trying to make waffles and the batter was sticking and it was a mess. A suggestion would be - premade waffles that you can pop in the toaster - and have more than one toaster. We did not participate in the breakfast after the first morning.

i know this hotel is meant for family’s/kids. but i wish there was an hour just for the adults in the hot tub. i tried to go at 9pm on Friday and 9pm on Saturday, and there was like 50 kids running around screaming. and I did not get to enjoy my hot tub time

We like your hotel. It was so neat and comfortable. Kids love the pool and had a lot of fun.
Unfortunately the smoke alarm had batteries power off and woke us middle of night . But staff was excellent and fix that in no time.

They let us check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just outside was a pond with walking trails. Close to stores and restaurants.
Breakfast is one of my favourites usually. They did give us a bag of food for breakfast but they need to find a new source- the banana nut muffin was disgusting and the banana bread was 2 burnt ends. The yogurt was good. Juice would have been nice.

Check in was late because of lack of employees.Shawn on front desk helped immensely. Even helped my friend who had major problems on her holiday. Raylene also, went above and beyond, to make sure our stay was splendid!
