We were in Westlock for a wedding and stayed at the Westlock Inn with other family and friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and our king bed was super comfy! Location was great for running errands and picking up snacks. We enjoyed the chairs in the courtyard and hallways, where we could sit and chat.

The vending machine our daughters tried using didn't seem to work, which wasn't a big deal...just a fun feature when they work like they should! The breakfast voucher was a lovely gesture and food was delicious! Having said that, our preference is for a regular continental breakfast where we serve ourselves, and our teen age daughters can eat and be lazy in their room 😉 we didn't take the time to use the breakfast voucher the second morning since we simply didn't have time to sit and wait for our breakfast before hitting the road. I don't think this would stop us from staying again though, as room prices were quite reasonable.

Salt water pool. Very comfy beds and pillows. Telus Optik TV. Great staff. Very clean. There was a games room for adults. (Not applicable for us who travelled as family.)

You can tell things need upgrading. The carpets are starting to ripple in the rooms, the hallway carpet had holes. The grout in the tub darkened and stained. The hot tub had been removed (though tastefully disguised).

Everything & everyone was good excellent. Enjoyed the meals. Brought the family back for dinner. Impressed by all meals.

I’ve been there twice now & both times wanted to get in the swimming pool. Both times disappointed. If we phone in morning would be nice to know if the pool will be open that day.

The room was amazing. So nice. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The pool looked so inviting, next time we'll have to remember to pack swimwear.

Front desk staff did not charge me the tax when I paid at check in so had to pay more when I checked out. Not a biggie but a little annoying. The pancakes I ordered for breakfast were awful. Not light and fluffy but dough-like. Couldn't eat them.

The hotel was very convenient as it was also the same place as a symposium I was attending. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable. The room and gym were also clean. I’m glad that I was able to get in a workout.

The rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal.

Proximity to the hospital. Many fast food restaurants nearby.

The restaurant was very expensive for small servings and poor quality food! Very disappointing. Bedding was held together with safety pins!! Electrical outlets were few and far between and the bathtubs are baby size...uncomfortably tiny!

Quiet and clean. Pillows were excellent! Staff friendly. Supper was right price and veggies offered were very good. Good price and serving size for senior.Breakfast and coffee excellent. Great table service!

Could not get chip/chocolate bar machine to work. Both good!!! And bad.

beakfast was very nice. ordered off of their onsite cafe. Included as part of room rental.

interior swimming pool is frigid, cold. Couldn't stop shaking.

All went well. Staff at front desk was super. Very helpful and attentive.

I feel the staff in the restaurant was overwhelmed with the number of people. (Little thing, but toast should not be buttered) We thought there was a buffet choice, but there wasn't.

Breakfast coupon could be used as a credit which allowed us to pick from full menu.

There was air conditioning but we found the room too warm.
