I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this little gem of a place. Not something I really expect or look for while on an aimless motorcycle trip. I was just looking for a clean bed and a sink for a reasonable rate and found quite a bit more. The owner/operator Susan and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well kept and comfortable. The secret garden and orchard hidden behind the building, with its lovely open view of the prettier parts of Creston, was a perfect place to take a little extra time to rest and reflect on the trip. I ended up making sure I stopped in for another night on the return leg of my trip.

It was a quaint little motel that served its purpose as a stopover on our way into the USA. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the cute orchard in the back was nice to look at. The fridge and coffee machine were also very helpful.

One of the two rooms we have did not have a window in the back where there was a separate bedroom. It would have been better to have a window in there to show off the back orchard and also for fire safety.

Very clean, large room with two double beds and a sitting area. Motel with front door and patio doors looking out on the gardens. There was a small deck to sit on and enjoy the garden.

The only complaint was that the walls were thin and we heard the family in the room next to us quite clearly. We had to drive into Creston for Supper as the motel is a long walk from town.

owner and daughter were ever so sweet. Had not realized an overcharge, which they brought to my attention immediately and corrected. Helpful referring places to eat breakfast and buy local produce. stay in the rooms facing the orchard if possible.

inefficient noisy air-con made it difficult for my husband to get air in the room, important for him in order to sleep. 

Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff, great location and price. Looks like there have been some renovations happening and that definitely helps the ambiance of the rooms.

The only complaint/suggestion would be more comfortable beds, we both found them on the firm side which didn’t make for too comfortable of a sleep.

The room was nicely appointed, neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and before I knew it morning was there (I slept well).

I have come to enjoy the complementary hot breakfasts at the Red Lion hotels. Unfortunately this one offered a breakfast for an additional fee.

Breakfast was not available due to BC Covid restrictions, but they had a lovely little patio area that opened onto the garden. A lovely place to sit and eat breakfast had it been available. The grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed their beautiful garden and they loved the fact that they could come to our house through the garden.

The bathroom was small and there was no place to plug in my blow dryer

The office lady was very friendly, helpful, and kind. She gave us some great recommendations so we could make the most of our time.

Very friendly and caring staff. Super clean and well kept. Room was renovated and everything was just fine. We booked a room with one bed, but since they didn't have one readily available, they upgraded us to a 2 bed at no additional codt

When I checked in, the woman was very helpful. I could park right in front of my room. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, they had a very nice sitting area out back.

There was no breakfast, I was disappointed.
