Didn't bother with breakfast but having the Fixx restaurant available as room service is a huge bonus for us. We had a suite and the delivery of an excellent meal after driving from the Yukon was a real treat. We've stayed here many times and it never disappoints!

There was someone else's food left in the fridge but it was all packaged and we didn't use the fridge anyway.

The best breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and I sat in hotels a lot . The staff was absolutely amazing and kind accommodating. Our bathroom smelled like pee the floor and I asked for them to bring me cleaner , they rewashed the floor . I hate to complain but the pee smell really grossed me out but I was kind about and even offered to wash it myself if they brought me the cleaner . i was up for planning my dads funeral and last minute change of plans left me with no where to hold a dinner for my family so they allowed me to use the breakfast room at no cost , I have to say I was more then impressed with the staff . Very kind and generous . Only thing I missed was the pool and hot tub , but next time it’s fixed I’ll be staying there , because the staff makes you feel at home . Thanks again for everything.

Good location. Clean and attractive room. Reasonable breakfast and easily accessible.

The reservation was confusing, and they seemed unable to find it. They checked us in, and the next morning called and asked if we were still planning to check in. It seemed that they had booked us in to a separate room and missed the original Booking completely.

No nonsense hotel along the highway. We received an upgrade, because the first room at a missing smoke detector. The new room was similar, but had a Jacuzzi. The stairway is stunning. There is good gastronomy and other services not far away-

Hallway carpet is a bit of age. Everything else seems quite new. There was a lot of rules to sign for upon check-in

Scarlet at the front desk was fabulous!!! She made us feel very welcome, and even called up to our room after a few minutes to make sure everything was good and we had all we needed - turns out my hubby forgot his toiletries. I was prepared to go down and get some, but Scarlet insisted on bringing them up to us. We were blown away! Each one of the staff we encountered during our stay made sure to greet us.

Not much - the 3 coffee carafe's in the breakfast room were all out of coffee at 8:30 am, but there was coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast was great! Kinda confusing to get to it as you have to go through the parking lot of another hotel. Not a biggy

They didn't say before booking the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know that before i booked.

Everything was fine. Price way to high for Dawson Creek for what you get. Some other hotels much cheaper and just as good or better. Did like number of electrical outlets.

Terrible smell in sitting room. Spelled like someone peed the hide-a-bed. Meant to tell staff when checked out but was in big rush.

Vending machine was good and the old man at night was excellent

No pool and room service was poor we wanted pina coladas and they couldn't deliver was sad 😢

Jacuzzi tub control overly complicated didn't work as expected should be simple on off control

They were very welcoming of my dog and I Very clean - which is apparently hard to come by these days! Free breakfast Restaurant next door delivered

Took a while to get the shower to heat up (maybe I just showered at a busy time not sure) Beds could have been a bit softer - but I've had way worse
