Very comfortable queen bed and bedding had 4 pillows. TV and internet worked well. The wall AC worked well and was quiet. There was a thoughtful instruction card for getting the TV/Cable up and running with the remotes. I have honestly never run into this before and it saved so much time as you run into all kinds while traveling. There was a desk as well as a tiny kitchenette with a table and chairs. A good tub and shower with toiletries and full-length mirror. The typical breakfast was varied - some of everything. The coffee was not good but they had tasty tea and milk. The start time of 5:30 was great so I could hit the road early.

Food was left in the fridge. Room cleanliness could be a little improved.

Spent a night driving south on the Alaska Highway, and we were very happy with our stay. Some extra appointments in the room made the accommodations stand out from other places - a toaster and dish soap in the room, for example, made the kitchenette actually usable. The room was clean and comfortable, a fantastic value. The breakfast was great too, I appreciated the balance between "keep the food safe and prevent waste" and "offer some delicious food so it's not just cereal and oatmeal." We really enjoyed our stay!

the hot tub was nice and big. kitchen facilities were adequate, although some pans have seen a lot of use. I had everything I needed to cook food. The fridge was more substantial than most hotel small fridges. The hotel serves a continental breakfast. A good place to stay if you need a place to sleep before getting back on the road.

It was on the busy highway, but that can be considered a plus if you want to hit the road and don’t care for a spectacular view.

The hotel was nice enough and met our expectations. I have stayed in Fort Nelson once before and this place was much nicer than the other place I stayed. It was also nice that breakfast was included as I know not all hotels in the area offer complimentary breakfast. The breakfast wasn't great but I was something and we were happy for that.

Nothing that we did not like really. The room wasn't the nicest we stayed in during our long trip but my expectations weren't too high either considering the arent many options in the area. I was just happy to have a climate-controlled room, hot shower, and beds.

Took more than five minutes to check into a room I had pre-booked, as the hotel was completely full and the staff seemed very busy. The fridge in the room was extremely loud, and actually woke me up in the middle of the night.

Dynamite wifi. bath linens large and comfortable to use.

Personal peeve are sheets that are so old the "fitted" corners no stay on the corners and come off in the middle of the night requiring the guest to remake the bed. In our case not only did the bottom sheet come up so did the very stretched elastic holding the mattress cover in place.

Convenient location close to main road, I really appreciated that items were individually wrapped at the breakfast station and not just because of COVID. The hotel was generally clean and the cleaning product smell was not overwhelming.

There was food left from previous people in the fridge, the room was generally clean however there was hair on the bed and carpet. The grounds are kept at a basic level and could have been cleaner and grass cut in front of the building.

The hotel room was immaculate! Everything modern, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Quality of linens, furnishings, and kitchenette were good, bed and pillows comfortable. Quiet room, couldn't hear the neighbours, friendly staff, quick elevator. We've been traveling for 30 days and this was the best accommodation all around, and very well priced. Felt very comfortable here, would highly recommend.

Breakfast was available until 9:30, but hot options all gone when we arrived at 9:00.

We arrived cold and tired from a very wet day on our motorcycles. The lady at the front upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi tub at no cost. It was a very welcome treat for us! Breakfast was complete, including eggs and ham, not the cardboard pastry things you often get at other places.

Great place to stay! Spotless, friendly and very reasonably priced. We were there only one night so didn’t use the fitness area. Breakfast area is small but well equipped and they permit you to take your food back to the room. Bonus!! Thanks for a terrific experience!
