Breakfast was fresh, well prepared. Staff were exceedingly polite, and willing to help me when my room was uninhabitable due to a noxious odour. I would have been happy to stay in a small double room, but they gave me an upgrade. Eleanor, the Manager, was also very pleasant when she drove me to the airport.

Location was great. Having a casino & restaurant on location was super convenient! The room was very spacious, and nice & clean. We had a jacuzzi room, and the tub was in excellent condition.
The restaurant wasn't great. Menu was quite sparse & the food was just "meh". Other than that, I was very happy.

was upset that Just Jacks - the restaurant was not open - after driving 11 hours we really didn't want to get in our car and drive to a restaurant. We stayed there because we wanted to be able to check into our room - and walk downstairs to Just Jacks for dinner and have a few drinks without having to drive

We were in 410 which has an adjoining room! The lady in the the next room was up and on the phone at 6:00am! We could hear everything, she may as well have been in the same room! Would not recommend an adjoining room unless it’s family!!

I forgot to add our pet to our stay and was forced into a $50 upgrade plus per fee. The hotel did not seem overly busy though. Pool is ok but a little rough around the edges. No hot tub.

This was the nicest stay on our trip from the US to Alaska- the staff were friendly and prompt and the check-in process was smooth. Rooms were clean/quiet and my daughter was able to use the gym (only chance she had in Canada). Breakfast was hot and good- we appreciated it. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend to others.
