Very convenient location right on the main road through town but quiet. My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. As I was travelling with my dog, being able to park right outside was much appreciated so I could easily move the kennel and other stuff from the car. I didn't get to use the pool but the pool area looked great. Coffee available at reception was appreciated (especially as my room was missing coffee - it only had tea and decaf, though this was corrected when I let reception staff know), and it was handy to be able to grab some items for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great! Friendly staff at check in and next morning.

This is an older motel, but well kept and nicely decorated. Our room was also quiet despite the motel being on the main road. Breakfast was adequate considering the motel is the same price, or cheaper, than the other motels with no breakfast option. There was granola bars, toast, juice, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit. There is also a good restaurant at the Motel for dinner.

Communication at check in could have been better. When we got to our room, the water wasn't working. When I inquired, I was told there was a water break and it would be on soon. That could have been communicated at check in. Not a major problem, and unlikely to happen again.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was great and it was easy to get to. The beds were comfy and all towels/linens were clean. There was a beautiful mountain view from the rooms and the family really enjoyed the hot tub! We were only here for one night but overall, our stay here was nice.

The rooms could have used a good clean, there were dead fly's (like 20 of them) in the bathroom windows, in both of the rooms we stayed in and a few dead flies in the shower and sink.

Such friendly helpful hosts. Used and enjoyed the pool. We liked this accommodation, the town. The walk beside the Grandby River. We really liked the local Boundry museum. Breakfast was fine for us: toast, boiled eggs, juice, fruit, yogurt.

Microwave was placed too low in the cupboard to use efficiently and electric power bar kept disconnecting because wires were stretched too tight.

The clean rooms and the pleasant staff who provided excellent service. Felt safe, especially important when traveling. The pool and gardens were very well kept making the surroundings very pleasant.

The breakfast was not what I expected. I think it could have been a little more substantial. Other properties are providing cereals/ pancakes/waffles. more selection of fruit/ muffins for the same price. the children were also disappointed.

We were surprised at how lovely everything was. Great swimming pool and beautiful garden to give privacy for the pool. Tables and chairs set up out there with shade. People happy and kids having a great time. Staff was very helpful. When we checked in that evening, they told us about the grab and go breakfast they served. It was excellent for such a little motel. Normally, I have problems sleeping in a new bed but I slept great. And yes we would go back there again.

Grand Forks Inn is well maintained, the rooms are large and clean, and the front staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate our late night check-in with their 24 hour staffing. Also, they let us use the ice machine to fill our entire coolers with ice for our road trip. Wonderful place in Grand Forks.

I didn't like having to book thru Booking.com as they are a dishonest site. The last time I booked (Ref #43029801) I was promised a free taxi from Helsinki airport to my hotel. On arrival the taxi was NOT there. It cost me Euros $40- for a taxi to downtown. On my return I immediately submitted a claim, with a copy of my receipt for Euros 40-. I never heard back, and was never paid my 40 Euros. Bunch of crooks!!

The property is right on the Hwy so very easy access.

Big rig trucks parked right out front made access to the property a bit of a challenge. We stayed there many years ago and the property hasn’t changed. could stand a little TLC in the rooms, however, that being said they were very clean and smelled clean.

Coffee maker did not work but free coffee in office was excellent. Breakfast was a little sparse but we were slow to rise. The early bird gets the worm. Pool was fantastic. Grandkids were delighted. Staff is THE BEST.
