Good View and good service, especially when you can't find a parking spot and need some help, the manager allowed me to park in the basement, it's a much spacer and safer place compared to other cars outside----I feel I like a VIP. Sorry I forget his name, but this is a real Black Gental Man I want to see next time!

- The parking lot is full of cars from outside, I couldn't find a spot for parking my car at 8pm. I know there was a renew project on going, I hope this could be solved soon. - It's not warm spring water in the pool, it's chill even in August.

Very good location, staffs are friendly! The room has small kitchen and well equipped with everything I need. To our surprise is the swimming pool and hot tub. It's small but very convenient and the hot tub is pretty cool! It's value for money and exceed my expectation! The next night I stayed in the next resort but comparatively I like this one more !!!

The mattress of the bed is too soft.

The receptionist on arrival was very helpful. Excellent location, pool and hot tub were a very nice addition.

Our only reason for the 1 nights stay was to swim in hot springs water. I discovered 3 nights prior to the visit this was closed except at the weekend. We were not informed of this by the hotel and when I rang to check if this was correct they knew about it. I requested to cancel, was told it would be discussed with the manager that they would email me either way. They did not do this. They would not let us cancel as it was then less than 3 days until our stay. We would have to pay the full amount. We planned this 3 yrs ago (cancelled due to Covid) so the trip was a complete waste of time on our journey from England.

We didn't use the pool this time, but did check it out. It was a very hot day--perfect for swimming across the street at the beach. We love the Jr. Suite, the separate his and her closets, the kitchen and the large balcony facing the water and beautiful mountain view. We had trouble with the TV as there weren't any instructions and two remotes. We dialled "0" and a staff member immediately came up and showed us how to work it. Upon leaving she noticed that our bathroom light was flickering. Within five minutes the bulb was replaced by another staff member. Also, the single cup coffee maker didn't seem to work--we called down and another staff member arrived immediately to help us. (It would have helped to have written instructions for both the TV and the coffee maker--but the staff were so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated that. The hotel's location is also perfect.

We didn't like the noise of air-conditioning or fans. And could hear people walking around above us at about three a.m. And the chatter of the cleaners in the early morning sounded like they were right in our room as they were just outside our door. But none of these sounds bothered us a lot.

Location good, nice to see the Christmas decor along the boardwalk…. Love the quaint little shops.

Rooms with carpets are always dirty , stained carpets. The prices are high for a few nights stay and I we feel the carpets should be kept clean. The room itself was clean which was great. The beds are suppose to be queen but are more like double, and have seen their days, need replacing, uncomfortable. Other than that views and patio a plus.

For a one studio room, it was perfect. Although we had 2 kids (6yrs and 7 months), could able to manage easily

The living room with the kitchen and lake view made our stay very comfortable. Because of the front parking view, it was very apt for my elder son to be engaged with cars and bikes :)

Convenient location, clean, staff was nice. View of the mountains is pretty.

Our room's bedroom was near the door and so we were woken several times during the night due to people in the hallway. Underground parking was not available at the time of our visit.

We decided to upgrade to a beach/lake view and we weren't disappointed, the view is amazing. We used the Jacuzzi and the indoor pool, both of which we had to ourselves.

There wasn't an over abundance of kitchen items to use but to be honest there's not really a local supermarket that doesn't cost a fortune anyway. We ate out!

We were late getting into the the hotel but we were happy with the room because it had a full kitchen in it with a stove , which we needed in the end because all the restaurants in the town were closed and we were very hungry so that worked out very well in the end.

There was nothing not to like

They rent movies! THe room had its own DVD player which I thought was so great. The location was perfect my room spotless the woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly if I had to complain about something I guess it would be the floors in my room were stained from the patio into the kitchen and another guest said the same thing to me as well. But overall we had a great stay and I’d come back again!

The only thing I can think of besides getting new carpet is They should definitely have a print out of what movies they have in the rooms.
