Our experience with this hotel proved to be a delightful revelation. The rooms were notably well-appointed, and the inclusive breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day. The added bonus of a compact swimming pool further solidified our contentment, making it an excellent selection for our overnight stay.

However, several downsides deserve attention. The quality of the swimming pool was somewhat disappointing; the posted photos seemed to be from around a decade ago, as the current condition was visibly worse, indicating a need for renovation or, at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the sauna was out of order. Furthermore, a lack of supervision in both the swimming area and during breakfast was evident, which somewhat detracted from the overall experience.

we were on ground level so easy to come out and the room was neat,bright and nice bed was super comfy which my husband liked the most 😊 that was the best thing to me because usually my husband complained all the time about beds of all the hotels wherever we go for trip,beds are better than a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel, everything was included in my 1 day or 2 nights package like sauna bath, breakfast and pool was also nearby my room 😊 pool area is nice and quiet 🤫

I didn’t like the wash basins of the room because water was stuck in the wash basins that thing didn’t make sense😒

The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. The beds and pillows were plush and comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a good variety for breakfast which was included in the price. The food was constantly replenished. Plenty of parking. There are stairs to get the the upper levels so if stairs aren’t your thing, request a ground floor room. They didn’t bother us. I’d definitely stay here again as I thought it was value for money.

The main reason we booked this room was because we have 5 little kids & couldn't find any other rooms in town to accompany us. The 3 queen beds were great.....super comfy & lots of room for everyone. Our room was decently clean & fairly quiet for being so close to the highway. We weren't expecting much in the way of breakfast, but were pleasantly surprised with sausage, eggs, French toast, yogurt, cereal, etc down in the lobby. At first it felt a little odd having someone serve us (Covid protocols) but the server was really nice & made it a pleasant experience.

The fridge was really tiny & the toilet set had mold growing on one of the hinges. $200 felt a bit steep for the room but we were grateful to find somewhere to stay that would accommodate our large family.

Hwy 5 closed due to an accident. All rooms were sold out here and in Merritt. The night staff fixed a room with a partially working toilet flapper while we got something to eat to make one more room available. The night staff was better than the day staff. Special thanks to the manager Ting Yi who went way above and beyond.

i liked the hotel it had nice desk people the rooms were exceptional clean and comfy beds. breakfast was tasty. the area felt friendly and safe.

the hot tub was cold, i mainly went to relax and the hot tub was colder then a kids pool. the pool it self felt like an ice bath.

breakfast was very good, big portions, great staff. Ice machine clearly marked, very quiet hotel excellent insulation. big room and larger than bar size refrigerator.

only one coffee pouch in room for entire week. did not need housekeeping but more coffee would be good. bad smell from bar sink, old water in p-trap. housekeeping should make a habit of running all fixtures for 30 seconds to prevent ptrap water from evaporating and allowing sewer gas into room.

They booked us in late after our travel plans had been delayed. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was wonderful! Great water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast and it was very family friendly. Thank you.

There are outside stairs and walkways.

The lady who served breakfast was so friendly and good at her job. The cable service was a great package and the room was quite spacious.

The place was quite comfortable and the jacuzzi suite also had a fireplace and separate bedroom. I The bed was quite hard and I hard a hard time sleeping due to my arthritis, but my husband slept very well. The pillows were lovely. There was no way to make tea in the room, but there was tea in the breakfast area.

Friendly staff! We were above the pool, I was concerned about noise and chlorine. It was not an issue.

Stair access only - could be an issue for some people.
